Das Endlosformular 1 in den Fig. 1 und 2 weist eine beidseitige Randlochung 2 und eine angestanzte Etikette 3 auf, die zwar voll in das Blatt des Endlosformulars 1 integriert ist, jedoch infolge der angestanzten sie begrenzenden Schwächungslinie 4, die z. B. durch Perforieren erzeugt werden kann, leicht aus dem Blatt herausgetrennt werden kann. Die Etikette 3 und über die Schwächungslinie 4 hinaus die sie umgebenden Bereiche des Endlosformulars 1 sind mit einem zusammenhängenden Klebstoffauftrag 5 versehen. Letzterer ist von einem silikonisierten Trennpapier 6 geschützt, dessen Ränder 7 über den Klebstoffauftrag 5 hinausragen, derart, dass das Trennpapier 6 von allen Seiten leicht erfasst und abgezogen werden kann. Diese Ränder 7 erlauben ausserdem eine grössere Toleranz beim Positionieren des Trennpapiers.The
