Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage destiné à contenir une pluralité de contenants. Cet emballage comprend un panneau supérieur, des panneaux d'extrémité et des panneaux latéraux. L'emballage selon l'invention est également pourvu d'éléments de retenue destinés à retenir les contenants et de soufflets destinés à positionner les panneaux d'extrémité et les panneaux latéraux autour des contenants.

Claims (19)

  1. Emballage (150 ; 350) destiné à contenir une pluralité d'articles (C), l'emballage comprenant :
    des panneaux s'étendant au moins partiellement autour d'un intérieur de l'emballage, les panneaux comprenant un panneau supérieur (10), un panneau latéral (40, 50) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, et un panneau terminal (20, 30) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur,
    un premier panneau à soufflet (45) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral, le long d'une première ligne de pliage (53) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    le panneau terminal comprend une portion de coin (49) au moins partiellement définie par une ligne de pliage oblique (59), la portion de coin étant au moins partiellement adaptée à la forme d'un article dans un coin de l'emballage ;
    une pluralité d'ouvertures (18) dans le panneau supérieur, chaque ouverture parmi la pluralité d'ouvertures étant conçue pour recevoir au moins partiellement au moins une portion de l'un des articles, et une pluralité d'onglets (22, 24) reliés de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, le long d'une périphérie de chaque ouverture parmi la pluralité d'ouvertures ;
    un deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) relié de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet, le long d'une deuxième ligne de pliage (55), et relié de façon pliable à la portion de coin (49) du panneau terminal (20, 30) le long d'une troisième ligne de pliage (57), la portion de coin (49) étant en contact avec un article et adaptée à la forme de l'article dans le coin de l'emballage.
  2. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier panneau à soufflet (45) recouvre le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) et la portion de coin (49) en contact avec un article (C).
  3. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins une portion du panneau latéral (40, 50) recouvre le premier panneau à soufflet (45).
  4. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) comprend une portion de base (47a) reliée de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet (45), ainsi qu'une extension (47b) comprenant une extrémité distale du deuxième panneau à soufflet.
  5. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'extension (47b) s'étend latéralement au-delà d'un bord (45a) du premier panneau à soufflet (45), tout en étant libre d'une connexion au premier panneau à soufflet, l'extension (47b) étant en contact face-à-face avec le panneau latéral (40, 50).
  6. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la portion de base (47a) est en contact face-à-face avec le premier panneau à soufflet (45).
  7. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le premier panneau à soufflet (45) est relié par collage à la fois au deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) et au panneau latéral (40, 50).
  8. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 1, en combinaison avec les articles (C), les articles comprenant des conteneurs à boisson possédant une portion supérieure (N) et un rebord (F).
  9. Emballage (150 ; 350) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les articles (C) comprennent des conteneurs à boisson possédant une portion supérieure (N) et un rebord (F), et la pluralité d'onglets (22, 24) à chaque ouverture (18) comprend deux onglets plus courts (22) touchant la portion supérieure de l'un des conteneurs, et deux onglets plus longs (24) touchant une face inférieure du rebord de l'un des conteneurs, afin de retenir les conteneurs dans l'emballage.
  10. Découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) destinée à former un emballage (150 ; 350) pour contenir une pluralité d'articles (C), la découpe comprenant :
    des panneaux comprenant un panneau supérieur (10), un panneau latéral (40, 50) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, et un panneau terminal (20, 30) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur ;
    un premier panneau à soufflet (45) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral, le long d'une première ligne de pliage (53) ;
    caractérisée en ce que
    le panneau terminal comprend une portion de coin (49) au moins partiellement définie par une ligne de pliage oblique (59), la portion de coin étant au moins partiellement adaptée à la forme d'un article dans un coin de l'emballage formé à partir de la découpe ;
    une pluralité de réceptacles (12) dans le panneau supérieur, chaque réceptacle parmi la pluralité de réceptacles comprenant une pluralité d'onglets (22, 24) reliés de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, où chaque réceptacle parmi la pluralité de réceptacles reçoit un article parmi la pluralité d'articles, lorsque l'emballage est formé à partir de la découpe ;
    un deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) relié de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet, le long d'une deuxième ligne de pliage (55), et à la portion de coin du panneau terminal le long d'une troisième ligne de pliage (57).
  11. Découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle, dans l'emballage (150 ; 350) formé à partir de la découpe, le premier panneau à soufflet (45) recouvre le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) et la portion de coin (49) en contact avec un article (C), et au moins une portion du panneau latéral (40, 50) recouvre le premier panneau à soufflet (45).
  12. Découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) comprend une portion de base (47a) reliée de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet (45), ainsi qu'une extension (47b) comprenant une extrémité distale du deuxième panneau à soufflet.
  13. Découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle l'extension (47b) s'étend latéralement au-delà d'un bord (45a) du premier panneau à soufflet, tout en étant libre d'une connexion au premier panneau à soufflet (45).

Découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle, dans l'emballage (150 ; 350) formé à partir de la découpe, l'extension (47b) est en contact face-à-face avec le panneau latéral (40, 50) et la portion de base (47a) est en contact face-à-face avec le premier panneau à soufflet (45).
  15. Procédé pour la formation d'un emballage (150 ; 350), le procédé comprenant :
    la mise à disposition d'une découpe (8 ; 208 ; 308) comprenant un panneau supérieur (10), un panneau latéral (40, 50) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, un panneau terminal (20, 30) relié de façon pliable au panneau supérieur, où le panneau terminal comprend une portion de coin (49) au moins partiellement définie par une ligne de pliage oblique (59), une pluralité de réceptacles (12) dans le panneau supérieur, un premier panneau à soufflet (45) relié de façon pliable au panneau latéral, le long d'une première ligne de pliage (53), et un deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) relié de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet, le long d'une deuxième ligne de pliage (55), et à la portion de coin du panneau terminal le long d'une troisième ligne de pliage (57), où chaque réceptacle parmi la pluralité de réceptacles comprend une pluralité d'onglets (22, 24) reliés de façon pliable au panneau supérieur ;
    le positionnement d'une pluralité d'articles (C) par rapport à la découpe ;
    le positionnement de la découpe par rapport aux articles, de manière à ce que la pluralité d'articles soit au moins partiellement reçue dans les différents réceptacles (12) parmi la pluralité de réceptacles ;
    le pliage vers le bas du panneau terminal (20, 30) par rapport au panneau supérieur (10), pour au moins partiellement enfermer les articles (C) dans un espace intérieur de l'emballage, de manière à ce que la portion de coin soit en contact avec un article et adaptée à la forme de l'article dans le coin de l'emballage ; et
    le pliage vers le bas du panneau latéral (40, 50) par rapport au panneau supérieur (10), pour au moins partiellement enfermer les articles dans l'espace intérieur de l'emballage.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le pliage vers le bas du panneau latéral (40, 50) comprend le pliage vers l'intérieur du deuxième panneau à soufflet (47), pour positionner le premier panneau à soufflet (45) dans une relation de face-à-face avec le deuxième panneau à soufflet, de manière à ce que le premier panneau à soufflet recouvre le deuxième panneau à soufflet et la portion de coin (49).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, dans lequel le pliage vers le bas du panneau latéral (40, 50) comprend le positionnement d'au moins une portion du panneau latéral dans une relation de face-à-face avec le premier panneau à soufflet (45).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 16, dans lequel le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47) comprend une portion de base (47a) reliée de façon pliable au premier panneau à soufflet (45), ainsi qu'une extension (47b) s'étendant au-delà d'un bord (45a) du premier panneau à soufflet, le pliage vers le bas du panneau latéral comprenant le positionnement d'au moins une portion du panneau latéral dans une relation de face-à-face avec l'extension.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 15, comprenant en outre l'application d'une colle sur au moins l'un parmi le premier panneau à soufflet (45), le deuxième panneau à soufflet (47), le panneau terminal (20, 30) et le panneau latéral (40, 50), afin de fixer le panneau terminal et le panneau latéral dans la position pliée vers le bas.
