Ein O-Ring als Umweltdichtung (6) und ein EMV-Dichtungsring als Schirmanbindung (7) sind hier in zwei Nuten der Schirmhülse (2) eingelassen.
Rechts sieht man zwei Leitungen (3) des Kabels, die jeweils von einem Leitungsmantel (13) umgeben sind. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel umfasst das Kabel eine Plus- (+) und eine Minus- (-) Leitung (3), mit einen anderen Kabelendstück (1) können aber auch eingliedrige Kabel oder Kabel mit drei oder mehr Leitungen (3) angeschlossen werden. Die Kontaktierung der Leitungen erfolgt über gecrimpte Kabelschuhe (5).

Im rechten Teil befindet sich innerhalb der Crimp-Hülse (12) ein Hohlraum (14), da hier der Kabelaußenmantel (10) abgetrennt wurde. Weiter innen folgt das Schirmgeflecht (11) des Kabels, das auf die Schirmhülse (2) aufgezogen wurde. In die Schirmhülle (2) sind drei Nuten eingelassen, in die (von links nach rechts) der O-Ring (6), der EMV-Dichtungsring (7) und das Befestigungselement (8) zur Arretierung des Kabelendstücks (1) am Gehäuse angeordnet sind.
Nach rechts ragt eine Leitung (3), deren Leitungsmantel (13) am Leitungsende beim Vercrimpen mit einem Kabelschuh (5) abgetrennt wurde.

Als erstes wird der Kabelaußenmantel (10) im Endbereich des Kabels abgetrennt, dadurch entsteht der spätere Hohlraum (14). Eine Crimp-Hülse (12) wird von rechts auf den Kabelaußenmantel (10) aufgeschoben. Sodann wird von rechts eine Schirmhülse (2) auf die beiden Leitungsmäntel (13) aufgesteckt. Von links wird das Schirmgeflecht (11) des Kabels auf die Schirmhülse (2) aufgezogen, beziehungsweise wird die Schirmhülse (2) nach links "unter" das Schirmgeflecht (11) des Kabels geschoben. Anschließend wird von links die Crimp-Hülse (12) auf das Schirmgeflecht (11) des Kabels und die Schirmhülse (2) aufgezogen. Ein Hohlraum (14) verbleibt zwischen Crimp-Hülse (12) und Schirmgeflecht (11). Beim anschließenden Vercrimpen, z.B. durch einen doppelten Rundcrimp, werden die Bauteile umgeformt und der Hohlraum (14) verkleinert oder eliminiert. Durch zweifaches Vercrimpen der Crimp-Hülse (12) wird an einer ersten Crimp-Stelle (21) rechts die Schirmhülse (2) mit dem Schirmgeflecht (11) des Kabels elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden und an einer zweiten Crimp-Stelle (22) links die Crimp-Hülse (12) mit dem Kabelaußenmantel (10) vercrimpt.
Das dargestellte Kabelendstück (1) wurde abschließend bis auf den äußeren Bereich der Schirmhülse (2) mit einem Kunststoff umspritzt (4). Die Kunststoffumspritzung (4) umschließt einen Teil des Kabelaußenmantels (10), die Crimp-Hülse (12) und damit die beiden Crimp-Stellen (21, 22) sowie einen kleinen Bereich der Schirmhülse (2).

Claims (9)

  1. Cable end piece (1) for high-voltage lines in hybrid and/or electric vehicles, comprising a screening sleeve (2) onto which a screening braid (11) of the cable is drawn, wherein the cable end piece (1) additionally comprises a crimping sleeve (12) which is crimped at a first crimping point (21) in such a way that the screening sleeve (2) and the screening braid (11) are electrically conductively connected as a result, characterized in that said crimping sleeve is crimped to the cable outer sheath (10) at a second crimping point (22), in that the screening sleeve (2) is provided with at least one groove for an environmental seal (6), for a screening connection (7) and/or for a fastening element (8) for locking the cable end piece (1) to a housing.
  2. Cable end piece (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cable end piece, apart from the outer region in which the at least one groove is provided, is surrounded by a plastic encapsulation (4).
  3. Cable end piece (1) according to Claim 2, wherein the shape of the plastic encapsulation (4) defines the contact surface (9) to the housing.
  4. Cable end piece (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cable comprises two or more lines (3).
  5. Cable end piece (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that contact is made with the cable end piece by way of one or more connections in the housing by means of one or more crimped cable shoes (5).
  6. Method for producing a cable end piece according to one of Claims 1 to 5 for high-voltage lines in hybrid and/or electric vehicles, characterized in that the cable outer sheath (10) is detached in the end region of the cable, a crimping sleeve (12) is pushed onto the cable outer sheath (10), a screening sleeve (2) is attached to one or more line sheaths (13), the screening braid (11) of the cable is drawn onto the screening sleeve (2), the crimping sleeve (12) is drawn onto the screening braid (11) and the screening sleeve (2), the screening sleeve (2) and the screening braid (11) are electrically conductively connected to one another by crimping the crimping sleeve (12) at a first point (21), and the crimping sleeve (12) is crimped to the cable outer sheath (10) at a second point (22), wherein the screening sleeve (2) is provided with at least one groove for an environmental seal (6), a screening connection (7) and/or a fastening element in the housing (8).
  7. Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that the cable end piece (1) is encapsulated in plastic (4).
  8. Method according to Claim 6 or 7, wherein the cable end piece, apart from an outer region of the screening sleeve (2) in which the screening sleeve is provided with the at least one groove, is encapsulated in a plastic (4).
  9. Method for mounting a cable end piece (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 5 in or on a housing, characterized in that the cable end piece is inserted into a provided housing opening, the cable end piece is fastened to the housing by means of the fastening element (8), and the cable shoe or cable shoes (5) is/are fitted by screws in the interior of the housing.
