The invention relates to a protective device for a hand tool for a rotating, preferably disc-shaped tool, in particular for an angle grinder, with at least one basic body unit, wherein the basic body unit at least one semi-disc-shaped base body and a base body wall which is arranged transversely to a main extension surface of the base body and the Radially surrounds tool, and having an intended for deformation absorption element, wherein the basic body unit comprises at least two sub-areas that have specifically different absorption properties, wherein the absorption element has a profiling for receiving kinetic energy, wherein the base body wall has the profiling.
It is proposed that the absorption element has at least one partial area with a sawtooth and / or a wave profile, the sawtooth and / or the wave profile extending in the circumferential direction along an outer side of the main body wall, which faces on a side of the main body wall facing away from the tool is arranged, and extends along an inner side of the main body wall, which is arranged on a tool-facing side of the base body wall. A "basic body unit" is to be understood here as meaning, in particular, a unit which has at least one base body means, such as a base body, a base body wall, a base body collar, a base body neck and / or a base body element. It is advantageous if at least one radial wall of the main body unit is provided, which forms the absorption element at least partially. Here, "radial wall" is to be understood as the part of the basic body unit which is arranged radially and extends at least along a partial area of the circumference of the tool. The radial wall may preferably be formed by the main body wall. By virtue of the configuration according to the invention, basic body means, which are unequal to the radial wall or the main body wall, can be realized in an unchanged basic form. It can be provided a stable and at the same time safe protection device. In this context, an "absorption element" should be understood to mean, in particular, an element which has a specific shaping intended for deformation and / or can be deformed particularly well owing to its material and / or construction properties and / or energy, in particular kinetic energy, such as for example, rotational energy, translational energy, Heat, etc., of parts that come into contact with the absorption element record. The absorption element can absorb energy by elastic and / or plastic deformability. By virtue of the configuration according to the invention, a risk of injury to an operator of the handheld power tool can advantageously be averted. The main body unit is preferably arranged around a disc-shaped and rotating tool of a hand tool, such as an angle grinder, so that by the absorption element in operation of the power tool sparks and / or material particles and / or in particular rotating and / or with great force to the outside hurled fragments of a In operation zerborstenen tool, such as a grinding wheel, a cutting disc, etc., can be absorbed advantageously.
A "profiling" is to be understood here in particular as a shaping configuration such as a slot, a perforation, a corrugated or a sawtooth profile, a concentric profile, a variation of the wall thickness, a multi-walled and / or another design that appears appropriate to a person skilled in the art , The arrangement of the profiling, an efficient energy absorption can be achieved in particular by an easy-to-implement deformation.
According to the invention, the basic body unit particularly advantageously comprises at least two partial areas which have specifically differing absorption properties. As a result, the protective device can be structurally designed simply for different load situations. If, for example, a first partial region is arranged in an edge and / or edge region of the protective device and if it is designed with the higher absorption characteristic or with a slight deformability than a second partial region which is located in a position facing away from the edge, the protective device can be targeted a most likely impact location of a fragment of the bursting tool.
An efficient and gradual release of the kinetic energy of impacting fragments of a damaged tool can advantageously be achieved if the absorption element has at least one partial area with a sawtooth and / or a wave profile. The sawtooth and / or the wave profile is particularly advantageously arranged in the base body wall and extends in the circumferential direction along the base body wall. The profile can be embossed and / or punched executed. Furthermore, it can advantageously be achieved that there is a contact time and / or reduces a contact distance that the tool fragment has with the protection device in the event of bursting and forceful movement out of the protection device. The repeated impact reduces the residual energy which is released to the attachment of the protective device to the machine tool. In addition, a comminution and / or a crumbling of the fragment can take place by a wandering through the profile or a repeated impact of the fragment on the absorption element, in particular in the circumferential direction one behind the other and pointing in the direction of the tool troughs.
In an alternative development of the subject matter of the invention, it is conceivable that the profiling represents at least one recess arranged in at least one subregion of at least one main body means of the main body unit. In this context, a "recess" is to be understood as meaning, in particular, an opening extending through an entire extension, preferably a thickness, of an object, such as a hole and / or a slot. By means of the recess arranged in the base body means, a targeted deformation of the protective device can be achieved at a location at which the energy absorption, after an energy maximum has been generated by, for example, a body mass a maximum impact of a fragment of a destroyed during operation of the power tool tool. A particularly homogeneous deformation and thus an efficient energy absorption can be achieved if the profiling and / or the recess is arranged in two and preferably in three base body means, such as the base body, the base body wall and / or the body trunk. It can also be provided more than one recess extending in the circumferential direction over the Base body means extend. Furthermore, the recesses may differ in their shapes.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the recess represents a longitudinal opening which is arranged along a direction of the basic body unit pointing essentially radially outward. A "longitudinal opening" is to be understood here in particular as meaning an opening, in particular a slot, which has a longitudinal extent of at least twice as long, preferably 10 times as long and particularly advantageously 30 times as long as its extent in its width. However, another length-to-width ratio that appears appropriate to the person skilled in the art is also conceivable. In this context, the term "radially outward-pointing direction" should be understood to mean, in particular, a direction that runs along a line that extends from an imaginary center of the main body neck to a partial circle circumference of the main body. The addition "essentially" describes here that the longitudinal opening can be arranged at an angle of up to 10 ° in an intersection between the longitudinal opening and the line deviating from the line. Furthermore, more than one longitudinal opening may be provided, which may have different radial lengths, and these differently long longitudinal openings may be arranged alternately to one another and / or in groups, preferably in the circumferential direction.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the basic body unit has at least two walls with different wall thicknesses. A first wall here preferably represents a wall of the base body wall and a second wall preferably represents a wall of the base body and / or the basic body collar. As a result, different absorption properties can be realized in a structurally simple and component-saving manner.
In addition, it is conceivable that at least one basic body means of the basic body unit is provided, which has different wall thicknesses. In this case, the base body means preferably represents the base body wall. The different wall thicknesses here preferably define elements or subregions of the sawtooth and / or wave profile. The profile has different partial regions, such as a thick flank facing a direction of rotation of the tool, and / or a thin flank extending in the radial direction of the main body and / or pointing in the direction of rotation of the tool, and / or a punched opening , which differ in their absorption properties. The inventive design can be ensured that the absorption element or a related profile weakness is located on a trajectory of a tool fragment and that little Motion energy of the impacting on the absorption element tool fragment is converted into an unwanted and dangerous movement of the protective device and / or the basic body unit.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the absorption element has an at least substantially concentric profile. A "concentric profile" is to be understood here in particular as a shaping that extends at least partially in the circumferential direction around a center, such as, for example, the main body neck. In this case, the profile is preferably arranged in the base body. Due to the design according to the invention structurally simple, a spring element can be integrated into the protection device, which absorbs energy in strikes of fragments in a main body wall inner wall.
A conceivable further development is that the absorption element is designed to be multi-walled, whereby structurally simply more wall material is present, which can be deformed and thus absorbs more energy. In this context, by "multi-walled" in particular a version with more than one wall to be understood. Furthermore, it is advantageous if at least two walls are provided, between which a cavity is formed.
It is also conceivable that a filling component is introduced between an inner and an outer wall of the absorption element. A "filling component" is to be understood here in particular as a component of an energy-absorbing material, such as a foam and / or an elastomer. By introducing a filling component, such as the foam, a particularly simple, flexible and inexpensive additional absorption element can be provided. In addition, foam has a sound-absorbing effect, which additionally advantageous noises of the power tool can be reduced. In principle, however, other energy-absorbing filling components that appear appropriate to the person skilled in the art are also conceivable.
In addition, it is conceivable that the protective device has a multi-part body neck, which structurally simple, an absorption element can be installed in the main body neck.
Furthermore, it is conceivable if at least one rubber-elastic component is provided, which is arranged on the main body neck. The term "rubber-elastic component" is to be understood here in particular as a component that absorbs energy under a reversible deformation and free again, wherein the deformation is preferably greater than 2% of a component thickness. The rubber-elastic component may be cohesively arranged on the main body neck. By integrating the rubber-elastic component shocks can be attenuated or absorbed on the protection device. Further, a relative movement of an inner ring of the protective device or the main body neck relative to a mounting flange of the protective device can be minimized by damping vibrations that occur in a normal operation of the power tool, whereby wear can be reduced.
