Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer des systèmes à double tube (1) à partir d'un tube extérieur (2) et d'au moins un tube intérieur (3), qui forment un tube composite, dans lequel l'au moins un tube intérieur (3) s'étend sur toute la longueur ou au moins sur une majeure partie de toute la longueur du tube extérieur (2) et dans lequel l'au moins un tube intérieur (3) et le tube extérieur (2) sont amenés mécaniquement en liaison l'un avec l'autre par application d'une pression de pressage,
    caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un tube intérieur (3) et le tube extérieur (2), en termes de leurs propriétés de matériau et/ou de leurs dimensions géométriques, sont adaptés l'un à l'autre de telle sorte qu'après l'écrasement par la pression de pressage appliquée, on obtienne un assemblage par engagement par force sur une distance d'écrasement prédéfinie ou pouvant être prédéfinie, par rappel élastique,
    en ce que la pression de pressage est appliquée depuis l'extérieur sur le côté extérieur du tube extérieur (2) au moyen d'une presse d'impansion comprenant plus de deux outils de formage (10) répartis dans la direction périphérique,
    en ce que la pression de pressage est adaptée, par des cylindres d'impansion (11) associés aux outils de formage (10), aux propriétés de matériau et aux propriétés géométriques du système de tubes et une distance d'écrasement est commandée de telle sorte qu'après le rappel élastique, il existe un état de tension différent du fait du rappel élastique des deux corps tubulaires, le rappel du tube intérieur (3) étant plus fort que le rappel du tube extérieur (2), et
    en ce que l'on utilise un tube porteur en tant que tube extérieur (2) et un tube à parois minces en tant que tube intérieur (3), en un matériau résistant à l'abrasion et/ou aux agressions chimiques.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le contour périphérique du système à double tube (1) est simultanément orienté avec l'application de la pression de pressage.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une déformation plastique est provoquée lors de l'opération de pressage.
  4. Application du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour appliquer un revêtement interne à parois minces dans un tube porteur.
