  • the translational motion of the heat-sealing element 9 along the advancement direction of the element to be packaged 4 entails a consequent movement of the first pulleys 14a, 14b and of the second pulleys 15a, 15b to increase the useful surface 17a, 17b of the corresponding conveyor belt 13a, 13b.
  • This increase in the useful surface 17a, 17b is matched by a reduction of the length of the portions 18a, 18b of the belt 13a, 13b that lead to the second pulleys 15a, 15b; this reduction is possible by way of the movement caused by the rigid connection 16a, 16b between the first pulleys 14a, 14b and the second pulleys 15a, 15b, such movement occurring along a direction that is parallel to the useful surface 17a, 17b and to the portions 18a, 18b.
  • the transport assembly 12 must be supplied with adequately prepared elements 4 and then move them with the method described above.

  • the transport assembly 12 conveniently allows to reduce the stroke of the pusher with respect to the stroke that was provided for it in the machines of the background art, where in practice it had to push the element 4 along the entire length of the tube of film 5 formed earlier.
  • the transport assembly 12 in fact provides, at least for a portion of the overall stroke, the movement by traction of the element 4 along the predefined path 3 jointly with the film 5, simultaneously providing the desired wrapping.
  • the method for packaging elements to be packaged 4 associated with a packaging assembly 1 comprises a first step for feeding the movement means 2, which are arranged along the predefined path 3, with at least one element to be packaged 4, a second step for folding the film 5 on the element to be packaged 4, along a substantially folded shape, in the folding station 7, and a third step for heat-sealing the folded flaps of the film 5 by means of the heat-sealing unit 8.
  • the third heat-sealing step consists in performing the translational motion, along two mutually independent directions, of a pair of heat-sealing elements 9.
  • the third heat-sealing step consists in performing the translational motion of the pair of heat-sealing elements 9 along a first direction that is substantially transverse to the predefined path 3 to heat-seal the folded flaps of the film 5 and along a second direction that is substantially parallel to the predefined path 3 in order to follow the advancement motion of the element 4 during heat-sealing.
  • the packaging assembly according to the invention fully achieves the proposed aim, since resorting to heat-sealing elements 9, which are actuated by traction apparatuses 11 that act independently of each other along two different directions, allows to provide any spatial trajectory for the heat-sealing elements 9, thus allowing an effective closure of the wrapping of film 5 on the element 4, whatever the size of the element 4.
  • the materials used, as well as the dimensions, may be any according to requirements and to the state of the art.

Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble de conditionnement (1) comprenant des moyens de déplacement (2) ménagés le long d'un trajet prédéfini (3) pour un élément (4) qui doit être emballé au moyen d'un film (5) fait de matière polymère qui arrive d'un dispositif d'alimentation (6) ledit ensemble de conditionnement (1) comprenant une station (7) pour plier le film (5) sur l'élément (4), en aval de laquelle se trouve une unité (8) pour souder à chaud les rabats pliés du film (5), ladite unité de soudage à chaud (8) comprenant au moins une paire d'éléments de soudage à chaud (9) qui sont ménagés sur des côtés opposés par rapport audit trajet prédéfini (3), lesdits éléments de soudage à chaud (9) étant appropriés pour agir, pendant l'étape de soudage à chaud, chacun dans au moins deux directions mutuellement indépendantes, en effectuant le soudage à chaud sur les éléments (4) qui doivent être emballés, pendant que lesdits éléments (4) qui doivent être emballés sont en mouvement avec lesdits éléments de soudage à chaud (9), caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de soudage à chaud (9) sont associés fonctionnellement à des ensembles d'activation et de commande respectifs (10), chacun desdits ensembles d'activation et de commande (10) comprenant au moins une paire d'appareils de traction (11), l'un desdits appareils de traction (11) étant agencé pour agir le long d'une première direction qui est sensiblement transversale par rapport audit trajet prédéfini (3), l'autre desdits appareils de traction (11) étant agencé pour agir le long d'une seconde direction qui est sensiblement parallèle audit trajet prédéfini (3), un premier desdits éléments de soudage à chaud étant agencé pour être activé dans la première direction sensiblement transversale par rapport audit trajet prédéfini par son propre premier appareil de traction, et un second desdits éléments de soudage à chaud étant agencé pour être activé dans ladite première direction sensiblement transversale par rapport audit trajet prédéfini par son propre second appareil de traction qui est structurellement indépendant dudit premier appareil de traction.
  2. Ensemble de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande et de gestion, qui est pourvue d'éléments de mémoire respectifs et qui est associée avec lesdits ensembles d'activation et de commande (10), des séquences de fonctionnement appropriées desdits appareils de traction (11) étant programmables sur lesdits éléments de mémoire et pouvant être transférées auxdits appareils (11) au moyen de ladite unité de commande et de gestion, en déterminant la trajectoire spatiale desdits éléments de soudage à chaud (9).
  3. Ensemble de conditionnement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite station de pliage (7) comprend une pluralité d'éléments laminaires qui sont agencés le long du trajet dudit film (5), le couplage mutuel des surfaces desdits éléments laminaires définissant une configuration spatiale qui est adaptée pour plier ledit film (5) le long d'une forme sensiblement tubulaire.
  4. Ensemble de conditionnement selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (2) pour déplacer l'élément (4) comprennent un ensemble (12) pour transporter le film (5), qui est agencé sensiblement en aval de ladite station de pliage (7), ledit ensemble de déplacement (12) ayant au moins une partie de surface (18a, 18b) qui peut se déplacer sensiblement parallèlement audit trajet prédéterminé (3) pour soumettre à une traction par frottement ledit élément (4) enveloppé dans ledit film (5), ledit élément (4) enveloppé dans le film (5) étant interposé entre ladite partie de surface et une butée appropriée.
  5. Ensemble de conditionnement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de transport (12) comprend une première courroie transporteuse (13a) et une seconde courroie transporteuse (13b), ladite partie de surface mobile étant constituée par ladite première courroie transporteuse (13a) et ladite butée appropriée étant constituée par ladite seconde courroie transporteuse (13b).
  6. Ensemble de conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite première courroie transporteuse (13a) et ladite seconde courroie transporteuse (13b) comportent des poulies de guidage respectives, et une première poulie (14a, 14b), qui fait face et est proche dudit élément de soudage à chaud (9) et y est couplée de façon coulissante, pouvant coulisser par rapport à lui dans une direction qui est sensiblement transversale audit trajet prédéfini (3).
