Claims (13)
- Adaptateur de poinçon (1) pour un système d'outil destiné à une machine à poinçonner, présentant un premier axe central (2),
un dispositif de réception (3) pour la mise en place de l'adaptateur de poinçon (1) dans une tige de poinçon (18),
au moins un logement de poinçon (6) avec une première découpe, lequel présente un deuxième axe central (8), le deuxième axe central (8) s'étendant parallèlement au premier axe central (2) et n'étant pas identique audit premier axe central (2),
le logement de poinçon (6) comportant un premier alésage de traversée (7) avec le deuxième axe central (8) et un lamage non symétrique en rotation, ou un lamage prévu avec au moins un, ou avec plusieurs évidements non symétriques en rotation par rapport au deuxième axe central (8), caractérisé en ce que
au moins un des logements de poinçon (6) présente un lamage (9, 15) comportant un secteur avec une surface périphérique (10, 16) intérieure circulaire par rapport à l'axe central (8, 14) correspondant, et un secteur où la surface intérieure (11, 17) est parallèle à une tangente à l'alésage de traversée (7, 13), l'intervalle entre la surface intérieure tangentielle (11, 17) et l'axe central (8, 14) correspondant étant supérieur au rayon de l'alésage de traversée (7, 13) correspondant et inférieur au rayon du secteur circulaire du lamage (9, 15). - Adaptateur de poinçon (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit adaptateur de poinçon (1) comporte au moins un deuxième logement de poinçon (12) avec une deuxième découpe, lequel présente un troisième axe central (14) s'étendant parallèlement au premier axe central (2) et n'étant pas identique audit premier axe central (2), et le deuxième logement de poinçon (12) comportant un deuxième alésage de traversée (13) avec le troisième axe central (14), et un lamage non symétrique en rotation, ou un lamage avec au moins un, ou avec plusieurs évidements non symétriques en rotation par rapport au troisième axe central (14).
- Adaptateur de poinçon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des lamages (9, 15) est cylindrique.
- Adaptateur de poinçon (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit adaptateur comporte au moins un deuxième logement de poinçon (6) pourvu de la première découpe avec le deuxième axe central (8), et en ce que les intervalles (a) entre le premier axe central (2) et les deux deuxièmes axes centraux (8) sont identiques.
- Adaptateur de poinçon (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit adaptateur (1) comporte au moins un deuxième logement de poinçon (12) pourvu de la deuxième découpe avec le deuxième alésage de traversée (13) présentant le troisième axe central (14), et en ce que les intervalles (b) entre le premier axe central (2) et les deux troisièmes axes centraux (14) sont identiques.
- Adaptateur de poinçon (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit adaptateur (1) présente un filet central (4) avec le premier axe central (2) pour la connexion avec la tige de poinçon (18) au moyen d'une première vis (30).
- Adaptateur de poinçon (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit adaptateur (1) comporte au moins un alésage de traversée (37) pour le logement d'une deuxième vis afin de visser un insert d'outil.
- Pièce supérieure d'outil (38) pour un système d'outil destiné à une machine à poinçonner, présentant
une tige de poinçon (18),
un adaptateur de poinçon (1), et
au moins un insert d'outil (26) changeable,
caractérisée en ce que l'adaptateur de poinçon (1) est réalisé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7. - Pièce supérieure d'outil (38) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite pièce supérieure d'outil (38) comporte un moyen de connexion (30), et en ce qu'elle est amovible par simple desserrage de la connexion entre la tige de poinçon (18) et l'adaptateur de poinçon (1).
- Pièce supérieure d'outil selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la tige de poinçon (18) et l'adaptateur de poinçon (1) sont pourvus d'une sécurité anti-rotation (5, 22).
- Système d'outil pour une machine à poinçonner, comportant
une pièce supérieure d'outil (19) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, et
une pièce inférieure d'outil (40) pourvue d'un adaptateur de matrice (31) avec au moins deux logements de matrice (33), un insert de matrice (41) correspondant à l'insert d'outil (26) étant prévu dans chacun des logements de matrice (33). - Système d'outil pour une machine à poinçonner selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de matrice (31) présente un quatrième axe central (32) et les logements de matrice (33) chacun un cinquième axe central (35), et en ce que les intervalles (a) entre le premier axe central (2) et les deuxièmes axe centraux (8), et les intervalles (c) entre le quatrième axe central (32) et les cinquièmes axes centraux (35) sont identiques.
