- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in relation to a projection in the axial direction of the axis of rotation of the paddle wheel (01), the braking surface of the brake disc (08) and an inner side of a paddle (02) as the braking surface enters a compartment (03) of the paddle wheel (01) have an opening angle of less than 45°, in particular of less than 30°, in their overlapping region.
- Device according to Claim 11, characterized in that, in relation to a projection in the axial direction of the axis of rotation of the paddle wheel (01), the braking surface of the brake disc (08) and an inner side of a paddle (02) as the braking surface enters a compartment (03) of the paddle wheel (01) have an opening angle of less than 15° in their overlapping region.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of paddle wheel discs (05) are in each case arranged at a distance in the axial direction of an axis of rotation of the paddle wheel (01).
- Device according to Claim 1 and 13, characterized in that at least one brake disc (08) is arranged in the distance between two paddle wheel discs (05).
- Device according to Claim 14, characterized in that, in relation to the axial direction of the axis of rotation of the paddle wheel (01), in each case at least one brake disc (08) is arranged outside the two outer paddle wheel discs (05).
