Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a Aufrichtrollstuhl with a chassis and attached to the front of the chassis Aufrichtgestell, with a pivotally attached to the front part of the chassis seat is connected, which can be brought via an actuator from a sitting position to a standing position, a hinged to the seat associated backrest with a backrest cushion, and with at least one below the seat pivotally mounted on the front part of the chassis arranged Gelenkparallelogramm with two front and two rear pivot points.
The long-term sitting posture of a wheelchair user leads to the physical degradation of bodily functions, such as reduced mobility of the lower limbs, slowing of bowel activities, and worsening of blood circulation. Sitting also causes the risk of decubitus. A sit-up wheelchair helps to reduce these consequences, as changing the posture to the point of standing reduces the degradation of bodily functions. The swivel seat is mounted on a chassis with backrest and footrest. The correct adaptation to the anatomical requirements of the user is a very important criterion for the comfort offered by the wheelchair.
Raising wheelchairs also offer the user the opportunity to exercise. For example, the disabled person can play golf. In such a case it is especially important that the wheelchair is in the upright position Position provides high stability. For example, a requirement is that the footrest stand up in the raised position on the ground or be supported on it. The backrest must be parallel to the seat and the golfer must be provided with sufficient movement (turning of the upper body) to be able to swing to the beat.
When changing from the sitting position to the standing position (and vice versa), the backrest maintains its vertical position by means of a mechanism. When the axis of rotation of the backrest and the (bony) axis of the user's hip joint coincide, a shearing motion between the user's body and the backrest (shirt pull-out effect) is avoided. The axes of rotation usually do not coincide. In order to avoid the shearing movement, in the known wheelchair, the backrest cushion is displaceable relative to the backrest and connected to the seat so that it is displaced in the vertical direction in accordance with the angular inclination of the seat.
The vertical position of the backrest is desired when raising and lowering, so that the upper body of the person using the wheelchair also remains in the vertical position. However, if the seat surface is inclined negatively, ie the rear part of the seat surface is lowered relative to the front part, which is called tilting, whereby the user wishes to assume a more comfortable or safe sitting position, then the angle between seat surface and backrest decreases in the known articulated parallelogram. In this process, the user is squeezed and suffers physical discomfort such as shortness of breath, nausea, etc ..
Based on this problem, the erecting wheelchair described at the outset should be improved.
To solve the problem, a generic wheelchair is characterized in that the vertical distance of the front pivot points for adjusting the angle of inclination of the seat for tilting is changeable and in a change in the inclination angle of the seat from the horizontal angle α 1 between the backrest and the seat in a Angle α 2 is changed.
The amount of change of the angle preferably depends on the magnitude of the change in the inclination angle. As a result, the free area between the seat and backrest changes automatically when the seat tilts, so that it is impossible that the user is squeezed because the angle α 2 is greater than the angle α 1 .
The change of the angle is preferably carried out by a displacement of a front pivot point of the articulated parallelogram in the direction of travel.
To adjust the angle of inclination of the seat, the front part of the chassis is preferably designed to be telescopic. It is particularly advantageous if the frame of the chassis is formed at this point as a telescopic tube.
The front pivot point is preferably connected via a pivotally mounted lever to the chassis and mounted in a sliding guide on the displaceable member of the front part.
The displacement of the front pivot point in the direction of travel is preferably carried out in that the sliding guide is inclined relative to the Teleskopierrichtung at an angle.
A simple sliding guide is achievable if it is formed by a plate provided with a slot.
The sheet metal can be screwed to the component. If the angle at which the sliding guide is inclined is adjustable, the size of the adjusting angle α 2 can be varied.
The inclination angle β of the backrest can preferably be adjusted by the sliding guide being displaceable. The displaceability can be achieved in that the attachment point of the sliding guide on the telescopic component is changeable in the direction of travel.
When a webbing guided around a pulley is fastened with its one end to the seat-carrying handlebar and with its other end to the backrest displaceable relative to the backrest, the webbing can pull up the back pad on the backrest when the seat is in the standing position is brought into the sitting position, so that no relative movement between the back cushion and the back of the user arises.
The way by which the backrest is pulled upwards is preferably adjustable. For adjustment, an adjusting plate may be provided, the length of which is adjustable relative to the lever arranged directly under the seat.
Preferably, two parallel juxtaposed Gelenkparallelogramme are provided which receive the seat.
With the aid of a drawing, an embodiment of the invention will be described in more detail below.

The
The position of the
The change of the angle α is dependent on the inclination angle γ and the change in distance of X 1 - X 2 . The increasing angle α leads to a better pressure relief for the upper body of the user and thus to a reduction of pressure ulcer.
For further relief, the angle of inclination β 1 of the
