Claims (15)
- Hitzeisolierender Behälter, insbesondere für das Verpacken von Nahrungsmittelprodukten, die gefroren sind oder gefroren werden sollen, mit einem ersten becherförmigen Aufbewahrungskörper (2), der eine Seitenwand (4), eine untere Wand (6) und eine offene Mündung (8) aufweist, und einem zweiten becherförmigen Aufbewahrungskörper (10) mit einer entsprechenden Seitenwand (12) und einer Mündung (16), der ein Verschlusselement (36, 46) zugeordnet ist, wobei der zweite Aufbewahrungskörper (10) in den ersten Aufbewahrungskörper (2) eingepasst ist und so geformt ist, dass er einen Freiraum (18) zwischen seiner Seitenwand (12) und der Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) mehrere Öffnungen (30) aufweist, die mit dem Freiraum in Verbindung stehen, und die untere Wand (6) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) mehrere Öffnungen (30) aufweist, die auch mit dem Freiraum (18) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die Öffnungen so angeordnet sind, dass sie ein Durchströmen von Luft durch den Freiraum (18) ermöglichen, wenn der Behälter mit dem Verschlusselement (36, 46) auf einer Abstützoberfläche ruhend platziert wird.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (12) des zweiten Aufbewahrungskörpers (10) einen radialen Flansch (20) aufweist, der dazu dient, den Freiraum (18) zu verschließen.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radiale Flansch (20) mit dem Mündungsprofil (8) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) im Wesentlichen bündig positioniert ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Aufbewahrungskörper (2) und der zweite Aufbewahrungskörper (10) durch eine Eingriffseinrichtung nach dem Einschnapp- oder Einfügtypus verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffseinrichtung einen ringförmigen Grat auf der Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) aufweist, der durch Einschnappen oder Einfügen mit dem äußeren Rand des radialen Flansches (20) in Eingriff treten kann.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Aufbewahrungskörper (2) und der zweite Aufbewahrungskörper (10) durch das in Eingriff Bringen des äußeren Rands des radialen Flansches (20) oder das Verschweißen mit dem Mündungsprofil (8) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) verbunden sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) eine gefaltete Oberfläche (28) aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gefaltete Oberfläche durch mehrere längsgerichtete Nuten (28), die vorzugsweise einen V-förmigen Querschnitt (28) aufweisen, gebildet wird.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (30) in der Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers in einer ringförmigen Anordnung in der Nähe der Mündung (8) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) positioniert sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) eine gefaltete Oberfläche (28) aufweist und dass bei ihr die Öffnungen (30) der Seitenwand (4) in den Einbuchtungen wenigstens einiger der Nuten (28), welche die Faltung bilden, positioniert sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (32) der unteren Wand (6) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) in einer ringförmigen Anordnung positioniert sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein ringförmiges Element (38) aufweist, das mit einer Eingriffseinrichtung (40) versehen ist, die mit der Seitenwand (4) des ersten Aufbewahrungskörpers (2) in Eingriff treten kann.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element (38) eine kreisförmige zylindrische Oberfläche aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ringförmige Element (38) ein anfassbares Anhängsel (52) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einem ersten Verschlusselement (36), das dem Mündungsprofil (20) des zweiten Aufbewahrungskörpers (10) zugeordnet ist, und einem zweiten Verschlusselement (46), das mit einem Versiegelungsstreifen (48) versehen ist und in sich selbst einen Raum ausbildet, um ein zusätzliches Nahrungsprodukt oder ein Überraschungsgeschenk aufzunehmen.
