- the handle 16 After crossing the connecting surfaces 64 of the bosses 30, the handle 16 abuts the bottom 56 of the channel 22 and the retaining surfaces 62 hold with a game the handle 16 in the housing 22 associated.
- Each channel 22 has a width slightly greater than the smallest dimension of the handle 16 of the associated tool 12.
- the partition 24 and the side wall 26 flex resiliently from their unstressed initial position and return, once the positioning bosses 30 have been passed through the handle 16, to their initial position, even if the adjacent dwellings are occupied. by other tools.
- the partition 24 and the side wall 26 are subjected to bending stresses only when crossing the positioning boss 30 by the handle 16, which improves the resistance over time of the plastic material.
- the handle 16 is retained in its housing with a slight clearance in both directions of its section
- the end 38 of the base 20 forms a retaining stop of the outer profile of the tool head 13.
- the head 13 is held transversely by the bar 32 and longitudinally by the stop 38, the latter effectively opposing the movement in longitudinal translation of the tool 12 relative to the channel 22.
- the outer side wall 28 of the first support 17, situated on the side of the smallest of the large tools, is extended, perpendicular to the base 20 and laterally outwards, by an upper knuckle 70 and a lower knuckle 71 traversed by vertical bores. coaxial 72 ( Figure 8 ).
- the second support 18 is structured similarly to the first support 17.
- the elements of the structure of the second support 18 which have the same function as those described above for the structure of the first support 17 retain the reference numerals increased by 100.
- the second support 18 nevertheless differs from the first support 17 in that the number of housings is, in the example shown, equal to five. It also differs in that the outer lateral wall 128 of the second support 18, situated on the side of the larger of the small tools, is extended, perpendicularly to the base 120 and laterally outwards, by an upper knuckle 170 and a lower knuckle. 171, the upper knuckle 170 of the second support 18 having a blind bore (not shown) open downwardly.
- the two supports 17 and 18 are presented approximately in alignment with one another, they are brought together to fit the knuckles 70, 71, 170 and 171, and a metal insert pin 74 is inserted through the bores and, in force, in the blind bore of the upper knuckle 170 of the second support 18.
- the tools of the series are arranged, the sleeves being arranged substantially vertically in their respective channels, in two half series of tools of four and five tools, superimposed in two substantially parallel planes, which increases the compactness of the case according to the invention compared to a conventional rack.
- the tools of the series are arranged, the sleeves always being arranged substantially vertically in their respective channels, in a single series of tools of nine tools, aligned substantially in a single plane, in particular in descending order of size tool for each support, which improves access to all the tools of the case compared to a conventional rack.
- the free ends 14 of the two sets of tools substantially define, for each support, an inclined line L1, L2. These two lines are offset relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the tools.
- the largest tool of one of the supports is, in the closed position of the case corresponding to the first position storage and transport ( Figure 6 ), facing the smaller tool on the other supports, their free ends 14 being offset in the longitudinal direction of the tools. This makes it possible to increase the compactness of the assembly in the closed position of the case.
- the case 10 further comprises a locking device 80 supports 17 and 18 on top of each other in their first storage position and transport. Locking is done by clipping.
- a boss 82 integral with the outer side wall 26 of the first support 17 opposite the articulation 19, is arranged in internal projection on the side wall 26, that is to say on the side of the channels 24 of the housings 22.
- a local recess 84 integral with the outer side wall 126 of the second support 18 opposite the hinge 19, is arranged on the outer surface of the side wall 126.
- the boss 82 and the recess 84 cooperate due to the elasticity of the injection material of the supports 17 and 18.
- the side wall 126 of the second support 18 is positioned offset from the side wall 26 of the first support 17 so that the outer face of the side wall 126 is positioned on the inside of the side wall 26 of the first support 17.
- the free end 190 of the side wall 126 comes into contact with the boss 82, and, by elasticity of the material, the side wall 26 of the first support 17 flexes slightly to allow the free end 190 to overcome the boss 82 and allow it is thus locked in the storage and transport position, the supports 17 and 18 being in position. abutment on one another by means of two flat portions 86 and 88 respectively arranged on the partitions 24 and 124 of the respective supports 17 and 18, the partitions 24 and 124 being those which are furthest from the articulation 19.
- the user has a local protuberance 90 in the form of tongue, arranged outwardly external projection from the outer side wall 126 of the second support 18 and substantially in the extension of the base 120 of the second support 18.
- the user grasps the first support 17 in the palm of his first hand. This is facilitated by the width of the first support adapted to the palm of the user.
- the latter grasps the second support 18 between the thumb and the other fingers of his second hand. It then acts on the protuberance 90 in the form of tongue so as to apply a force tending to separate the second support 18 of the first support 17 by rotation about the pin 74.
- the handling of the case is easy both at the opening and at closing.
- a second embodiment, shown at Figure 9 differs from that shown in Figures 1 to 8 in that the case 210 comprises first and second supports 217 and 218 made of material by thermoplastic injection, and connected by a hinge 219 also integral.
- the holster 210 does not require assembly of the hinge as in the embodiment described above, and thus has a lower installation cost.
- the case according to the invention has rounded shapes and therefore not aggressive for an operator.
- the case according to the invention has an improved ergonomic feature.
- the design of the holster in small dimensions that can open and close in the manner of a portfolio improves compactness, while ensuring a low manufacturing cost.

Each of the two supports 17 and 18 is a separate piece molded in one piece by thermoplastic injection of a thermoplastic elastomer material, which is for example a thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness of between 50 shore D and 90 shore D.
The

In the extension of the light 50, two
After crossing the connecting
The
- (1) a first position, said storage and transport (Figures 1, 6, 8 and 9), wherein the case is folded around the
pin 74, the 20 and 120 being arranged externally and in opposition one of on the other, and thebases 24 and 124 of therespective channels 22 and 122 of the first andhousings 17 and 18 being superimposed opposite one another;second supports - (2) a second position, called access to the tools (
Figures 2 ,3 and7 ), wherein the first and second supports are open flat portfolio, the 20 and 120 being disposed substantially in the same plane and thebases 24 and 124 of therespective channels 22 and 122 of the first andhousing 17 and 18 being side side by side all parallel to each other.second supports
In the first position, the tools of the series are arranged, the sleeves being arranged substantially vertically in their respective channels, in two half series of tools of four and five tools, superimposed in two substantially parallel planes, which increases the compactness of the case according to the invention compared to a conventional rack.
In the second position, the tools of the series are arranged, the sleeves always being arranged substantially vertically in their respective channels, in a single series of tools of nine tools, aligned substantially in a single plane, in particular in descending order of size tool for each support, which improves access to all the tools of the case compared to a conventional rack.
The user, wishing to open the folded case, grasps the
Made of thermoplastic material, the case according to the invention has rounded shapes and therefore not aggressive for an operator. Thus, the case according to the invention has an improved ergonomic feature.
In addition, the design of the holster in small dimensions that can open and close in the manner of a portfolio, improves compactness, while ensuring a low manufacturing cost.
