Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un système de diodes (3) qui est disposé dans une ligne haute tension (2), de façon qu'un courant circulant dans la ligne haute tension circule dans le système de diodes, le circuit électronique (4), auquel est appliquée une tension décroissante, via le système de diodes (2), et qui fournit des informations déterminées par la ligne haute tension (2), et une unité d'évaluation (6) qui est connectée, via un système de transfert (8) séparé galvaniquement, avec le circuit électronique (4), en vue de recevoir les informations déterminées.
