Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Position eines Verschlusselements (4) einer Luke (1) in der nach außen geöffneten Stellung um eine Öffnung, die in der Wand (5) eines Elements ausgebildet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - ein vorstehendes Teil (7), das kreisförmig ist und an der Wand um die Öffnung mittels wenigstens eines Befestigungsorgans (6) und eines Verbindungsteils (2) befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Verbindungsteil (2) ein erstes Ende (201) aufweist, das ein Gelenkende (11) des Elements (4) mit dem vorstehenden Teil (7) verbindet, und dass
    das vorstehende Teil (7) wenigstens zwei Aufnahmesitze besitzt; wobei das Verbindungsteil (2) ein zweites Ende (202) aufweist, das in dem wenigstens einen Aufnahmesitz beweglich ist, wobei die Verlagerung des zweiten Endes (202) in dem Aufnahmesitz die Verlagerung des Verschlusselements (4) in der offenen Stellung um die Öffnung zur Folge hat.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorstehende Teil (7) ein Einblockteil ist, wobei der Aufnahmesitz durch eine mündungslose Aussparung in Form eines U gebildet ist, die in der Seitenwand des vorstehenden Teils verwirklicht ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorstehende Teil aus zwei vorstehenden Teilen (701, 702) gebildet ist, die an der inneren bzw. der äußeren Oberfläche der Wand um die Öffnung befestigt sind, wobei der Aufnahmesitz durch die Seitenwände der zwei Teile gebildet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, das zweite bewegliche Ende (2) des Verbindungsteils, das eine T-Form hat, aufzunehmen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwand des Aufnahmesitzes durch einen Überzug abgedeckt ist, das aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfänge (401, 402) des Elements (4) und des vorstehenden Teils (7) an ihrer inneren Oberfläche wenigstens eine Nut aufweisen, in die eine Dichtung (3) eingesetzt ist, derart, dass die Dichtung dann, wenn das Element in der so genannten Verschlussstellung ist, zwischen dem Element (4) und dem vorstehenden Teil (7) zusammengedrückt ist, derart, dass in der geschlossenen Stellung der Luke eine Dichtheit erhalten wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Anschlagelemente aufweist, die ein vorstehendes abgerundetes Teil aufweisen und längs der Innenwand des Aufnahmesitzes angeordnet sind, wobei die Elemente mit dem zweiten Ende (202) zusammenwirken, um die Verlagerung des Elements in der geöffneten Stellung längs des Umfangs der Öffnung durch Eintreiben oder Lösen des vorstehenden abgerundeten Teils in den bzw. von dem Aufnahmesitz zu steuern und zu blockieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenkende des Elements (11) an dem ersten Ende (201) des Teils drehbar angebracht ist und die Verlagerung des Elements (4) aus einer ersten so genannten Ruhestellung, in der es die Öffnung abdeckt, in eine zweite so genannte Verwendungsstellung, in der das Element (4) in der geöffneten Stellung ist und in Bezug auf die Wand eine geneigte Oberfläche bildet, ermöglicht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Betätigungselement (16) umfasst, das dazu bestimmt ist, den Öffnungswinkel des Verschlusselements einzustellen, wobei ein Ende des Betätigungselements an der inneren Fläche des Verschlusselements befestigt ist und ein gegenüberliegendes Ende mit einem beweglichen Verbindungsteil (18) in einem Aufnahmesitz verbunden ist, der durch eine mündungslose Aussparung in Form eines U gebildet ist, die in der inneren Seitenwand des vorstehenden Teils (7) verwirklicht ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Teleskoparm (13) umfasst, wovon ein Ende an dem Element mittels wenigstens eines Befestigungsorgans (14) befestigt ist und ein anderes Ende an dem ersten Ende (201) des Verbindungsteils drehbar befestigt ist, wobei der Arm (13) das Element (4) aus einer ersten so genannten Ruhestellung, in der das Element die Öffnung abdeckt, in eine zweite so genannte Verwendungsstellung, in der das Element in der offenen Stellung ist und eine geneigte Oberfläche bildet, verlagern kann.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Griffelement (10) umfasst, das an einem Ende der inneren Oberfläche des Elements (4) angeordnet ist, wobei das Griffelement einerseits ermöglicht, das Öffnen des Elements sicherzustellen, und andererseits die Verlagerung des Elements (4) um die Öffnung ermöglicht.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen in die Verbindungsteile (2, 18) integrierten Schrittmotor umfasst, wobei der Motor durch einen programmierbaren Automaten ferngesteuert werden kann, um die Bahnende-Positionen des Verschlusselements (4) um die Öffnung einzustellen.
  12. Luke (1), die an einer vertikalen oder horizontalen Wand (5) angebracht ist und ein Verschlusselement (4) umfasst, wobei die Luke mit einer Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Stellung des Verschlusselements (4) in der nach außen geöffneten Stellung um eine in der Wand (5) ausgebildete Öffnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgerüstet ist.
