Description

The present invention relates to a transport container according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such transport containers are usually made of plastic and are used to transport many products, with a large market for crates. Such crates have a bottom and an existing four walls surrounding side wall, between which recordings for certain bottles are provided.

When transporting such transport containers they are often transported on conveyor belts between different stations. On both sides of the conveyor belts are usually lateral guides in the form of rails, supports or the like. Provided so that the transport containers can not fall off the conveyor belt. However, it often happens that the lateral guides on the transport containers shy and thereby cause scratches in the surface of the transport container, whereby on the one hand wear of the transport container takes place and on the other suffers the overall visual impression of the transport container. This makes it necessary to exchange transport containers after a certain time, so that the advertising effect associated with such transport containers is not lost due to a visually deteriorating overall impression. From the EP 0 208 020 A2 Stacking grooves and stacking ribs in side walls of transport containers are known to prevent slippage of the containers in the stacked composite on a pallet.

The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a transport container in which traces of wear are either avoided or at least not visually appear to the same extent as in hitherto conventional transport containers, so that such transport containers can be kept in circulation for the same transport conditions longer than the previously used.

This object is achieved with a transport container according to claim 1. Advantageous developments of this subject matter are specified in the dependent claims.

The transport container according to the invention is thus characterized by the fact that at least in some areas a structure with furrow-like depressions is provided on one or more outer surfaces of the container. According to one aspect of the invention, the recesses are in a plurality and very closely spaced so that a so-called brush structure is formed by the recesses, i. a structure as it is produced for example by a guided on a smooth surface rotating brush or abrasive belt in the structure structure of a Schibelagers. Surprisingly, it has been found that by a structure of such furrow-like depressions during transport caused wear marks that exist in the form of scratches can be covered up. In addition, such a brush structure results in a visually pleasing design.

Particularly preferably, the structure is applied running substantially parallel or perpendicular to a boundary edge of the walls or of the floor. Then the structure is essentially in the direction in which the wear occurs during transport. In this case, the depressions of a structure preferably run essentially parallel to one another, since then parallel scratches can be concealed to a very large extent.

Preferably, the recesses of all structures are substantially parallel to each other. However, it can be provided on that the recesses are aligned differently in certain structures, even if the course of wear and tear runs differently here.

In an advantageous embodiment, the structure is provided at the boundary edges between the walls. Further advantageously, the structure can also be provided at the boundary edges between the walls and the floor and, in addition, the structure can advantageously be provided on the upper edge of the wall, in particular in the region of the grip recess.

Conveniently, only the outwardly projecting parts of the walls are provided with the structure, since essentially only these are subjected to wear during transport.

In an advantageous embodiment, one or more, in particular central, regions of the outer surfaces of the walls are set back inwards relative to the other regions. These recessed areas are then subjected to less wear and can preferably for the attachment of imprints and the like. For marking, advertising u. Ä. Be used.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the brush structure is provided in the surface area and / or in the near-surface area. According to the invention, the depressions have a depth of 0.01 mm to 1 mm, preferably 0.03 mm to 0.07 mm, in particular 0.05 mm to 0.06 mm. Then wear is concealed particularly comprehensive. Likewise, wear is extensively laminated or completely prevented if the width of the depressions at least in the region of the surface of the wall bottom 0.01 to 1 mm, preferably, 0.03 to 0.07 mm, in particular 0.05 to 0.06 mm is. The width of the recesses at the bottom of the recess is then dependent on the geometric shape of the recesses, with wedge-shaped or rounded shapes are preferred. Advantageously, the distances of adjacent furrows are also in the aforementioned areas.

According to the invention, the structure is a brush structure, which can be easily produced, for example, by etching or erosion. Advantageously, the length of the recesses is between 1 mm to 50 mm, preferably 2 mm to 10 mm and in particular not all recesses are the same length, d. H. the length of the plurality of pits in a structure follows a statistical distribution within the specified length limits.

Finally, the possibility of lamination of wear can be increased by the fact that the depressions have a spacing of 0.05 to 0.7 mm, in particular 0.3 mm from one another. The distance is determined by the outer edges of the wells to each other.

While such brush structures are well known, they have heretofore been used only for surface design of, for example, films to increase grip, but not for transport boxes. The inventors have recognized in this connection that such brush structures can be used advantageously for the lamination of scratches.

Fig. 1 shows purely schematically a first embodiment of the transport container according to the invention in the form of a bottle crate 1, comprising a circumferential side wall 2, consisting of the four walls 3, 4, 5, 6, a bottom 7 and a receiving area 8 for numerous bottles (not shown). The boundary edges 9, 10, 11, 12 between the walls 3, 4, 5, 6, the boundary edges 13, 14 between the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 and the bottom 7 and the upper edge 15, 16 of the walls 3, 4, 5, 6, in particular in the region of the handle recesses 17, 18, 19, 20 of the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 are provided with a structure 21 which has a plurality of substantially parallel recesses 22. The recesses 22 are in Fig. 1 only schematically indicated by the dotted lines. The recesses 22 are aligned substantially parallel to the boundary edges 13, 14 between the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 and the bottom 7. In the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 regions 23, 24 are provided, which are arranged opposite the regions provided with the structure 21 inwardly recessed to the receiving area 8 of the bottle crate 1. These areas are centrally located areas 23, 24, which are intended as areas for product identification. Here, imprints or stickers can be attached.

When transporting the bottle crate 1 or its general manipulation in use, the bottle crate 1 will often come into contact with walls, guide aids or other crates 1, with in most cases a horizontal displacement of the crate 1 relative to these other objects, ie a displacement parallel to Floor 7. In this way, it comes in the reaching into contact with the other objects surface areas 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 of the bottle crate 1 to wear through scraping and scratch marks. While in normal transport containers, these wear phenomena lead to a change in the surface structure and are characterized optically very quickly negatively noticeable, these wear phenomena are hidden in the bottle box 1 according to the invention by the wells 22 of the applied structure 21 in that this structure essentially from the outset by the Abrasion phenomena caused structure corresponds and thus by the wear substantially no change in the surface structure and thus the visual impression occurs. Incidentally, the wear of the bottle crate 1 by the structure 21 is also real diminished by the fact that in the areas 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, in which recesses 21 are provided, such wear does not take place because there the bottle crate 1 can not come into contact with other objects.

In Fig. 2 is a corner region of the same bottle crate 1 'shown, which is provided in the same areas 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 with a structure 21', but which consists of denser depressions 22, such as the denser Draw lines drawn purely schematically indicate. The structure 21 'is a brush structure used in Fig. 3 for the area X out Fig. 2 partially enlarged enlarged.

In Fig. 3 It can be seen that the depressions 22 'are not exactly parallel but are nevertheless aligned substantially parallel to one another, ie that the depressions overall follow a preferred direction, namely in this case the alignment of the structure 21' along the upper boundary edge 30 of the wall 4. The brush structure was produced by erosion, wherein the recesses 22 'have a length of about 2 to 10 mm and a depth of about 0.05 to 0.06 mm.

If the crates 1, 1 'now manipulated during transport, they can in the areas 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 with other transport containers 1, 1', walls of storage rooms and the like., And guide rails of conveyor belts in contact devices and thereby subject to wear. However, this wear is compared to conventional transport containers for a purely material not so strong effect, as by the contact in the wells 22, 22 'itself no material will be removed, and on the other also optically much less impact, as the Wear occurs substantially parallel to the bottom 7 and therefore the wear marks in the also parallel to the bottom 7 aligned recesses 22, 22 "go down".

From the foregoing, it has become clear that with the present invention, transport containers can be made available in which traces of wear are either avoided or at least not visually appear in the same extent as in previously common transport containers, so that the transport container at the same Transport conditions can be kept in circulation longer than the previously used.
