Claims (9)
- Scharnierstruktur (1) zur Gelenkbildung eines Verschlusses (2) an einer tragenden Seitenwand des Körpers eines Möbelstücks, der zwischen einer geschlossenen Stellung und einer offenen Stellung des Möbelstücks kippbar ist, wobei die Scharnierstruktur (1) ein Gelenk-Viereck umfasst, das aus einem Rahmen (9) gebildet wird, der zur Befestigung an der Seitenwand (3) geeignet ist, eine Verbindungsstange (10), die zur Befestigung am Verschluss (2) geeignet ist, einen ersten Ausgleicher (11), aufweisend eine erste Scharnierachse (12) mit dem Rahmen (9) und eine zweite Scharnierachse (13) mit der Verbindungsstange (10), einen zweiten Ausgleicher (14), aufweisend eine dritte Scharnierachse (13) mit dem Rahmen (9) und eine vierte Scharnierachse (16) mit der Verbindungsstange (10), wobei der Abstand zwischen der ersten (12) und der dritten (15) Scharnierachse geringer als der halbe Abstand zwischen der zweiten (13) und vierten (16) Scharnierachse ist, wobei bei geschlossener Stellung die mit der ersten (12) und dritten (15) Scharnierachse gemeinsamen Ebene im Wesentlichen parallel zur mit der zweiten (13) und vierten (16) Scharnierachse gemeinsamen Ebene ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Rahmen (9) eine Befestigungsplatte (25) an der Seitenwand (3) umfasst, an der ein nachgebender, linearer Aktor (26) des ersten Ausgleichers (11) angebracht ist, und dass der nachgebende, lineare Aktor (26) eine fünfte Scharnierachse (27) an der Befestigungsplatte (25) und eine sechste (28) Scharnierachse an einer Ausdehnung (29) des ersten Ausgleichers (11) aufweist, der sich hinter der ersten Scharnierachse (12) erstreckt, und dass der Arm der Drehkraft in Bezug auf die erste Scharnierachse (12), die am ersten Ausgleicher (11) durch den nachgebenden, linearen Aktor (26) erzeugt wird, in einer im Wesentlichen direkt proportionalen Art zur Veränderung des Armes der Gegendrehkraft in Bezug zur ersten Scharnierachse (12), die am ersten Ausgleicher (11) erzeugt wird, durch das Gewicht des Verschlusses (2) verändert wird.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der ersten (12) und dritten (15) Scharnierachse nicht geringer als ein Drittel des Abstandes zwischen der zweiten (13) und vierten (16) Scharnierachse ist.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der ersten (12) und dritten (15) Scharnierachse gemeinsame Ebene (18) und die mit der zweiten (13) und vierten (16) Scharnierachse gemeinsame Ebene (19) bei geschlossener Stellung eine Neigung im Bereich von 0°-12° in Bezug auf eine vertikale Fläche, die rechtwinklig zur Seitenwand (3) ist, aufweist.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nachgebende, lineare Aktor (26) eine Gasdruckfeder ist, aufweisend einen zylindrischen Körper (30) mit der fünften Scharnierachse (27) an der Befestigungsplatte (25) sowie eine Kolbenstange (31), aufweisend die sechste Scharnierachse (28) an der Ausdehnung (29) des ersten Ausgleichers (11).
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Ausgleicher (11) einen radialen Vorsprung (32) aufweist, der nahe der geschlossenen Stellung zum Eingreifen in eine an der Befestigungsplatte (25) angebrachte Bremsvorrichtung (33) dazu geeignet ist, das Schließen des Verschlusses (2) abzubremsen.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Ausgleicher (11) unter dem zweiten Ausgleicher (14) positioniert ist.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nachgebende, lineare Aktor (26) in einem Winkelbereich schwenkbar ist, der zwischen der offenen Stellung und der geschlossenen Stellung nicht größer als 30° beträgt.
- Scharnierstruktur (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der fünften (27) und sechsten (28) Scharnierachse gemeinsame Ebene während der Bewegung des Verschlusses (2) dazu geeignet ist, sich von einer Seite der mit der ersten (12) und fünften (27) Scharnierachse gemeinsamen Ebene zur anderen Seite einer solchen Ebene nahe der geschlossenen Stellung zu bewegen, um die Richtung des Drehmoments, der vom nachgebenden, linearen Aktor (26) am ersten Ausgleicher (11) erzeugt wird, umzukehren.
- Möbelstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine Scharnierstruktur (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
