Claims (6)
- Procédé pour l'épuration d'un solvant de filage chimiquement lié d'un voile non tissé filé en solution comprenant les étapes de :fourniture d'un voile non tissé comprenant des fibres polymères chargées de solvant ayant des diamètres moyens de fibre inférieurs à 1 micromètre, ettransport du voile non tissé à travers au moins une station infrarouge d'épuration de solvant dans laquelle le rayonnement infrarouge irradie le voile non tissé en l'absence de fluide d'épuration de solvant affectant le voile non tissé afin de réduire la concentration en solvant des fibres jusqu'à moins de 1000 ppmw.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le diamètre moyen des fibres est inférieur à 0,8 micromètre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le diamètre moyen des fibres est inférieur à 0,5 micromètre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la concentration du solvant est réduite jusqu'à moins de 300 ppmw.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le voile non tissé est transporté à travers la station d'épuration de solvant au dessus d'un renfort tissé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre le transport du voile non tissé à travers au moins un fluide/une station d'épuration de solvant sous vide avant ou après la au moins une station infrarouge d'épuration de solvant.
