Claims (15)

  1. A section element, in particular a construction section, for example a dry construction section, a façade section or a plastering section, having a section body (17, 18, 20), in particular of metal, and at least one sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) which is fastened to at least one longitudinal side of the section body (17, 18, 20), wherein the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is made of plastic and openings (13) are formed in the longitudinal side of the section body (17, 18, 20),
    characterized in that,
    at its side facing the section body (17, 18, 20), the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) has protrusions (12) for the fastening to the section body (17, 18, 20) which are formed in one piece with the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) and which project through the openings (13); and in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is made from a foamed plastic.
  2. A section element in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the protrusions (12) at least partly form undercuts with the material of the section body (17, 18, 20).
  3. A section element in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is fastened to the section body (17, 18, 20) on the basis of material properties inherent in the plastic in addition to the fastening by means of the protrusions (12) projecting through the openings (13); and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is sprayed, rolled or extruded onto the section body (17, 18, 20); and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is provided at the outside of the section body (17, 18, 20).
  4. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the section element is formed as a C-section, a U-section, a Z-section, an L-section or a T-section (1, 5, 19) or with a section closed in cross-section.
  5. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the section element is formed as a U-section (1) or as a C-section (5) with two limbs (2, 3; 6, 7) and a base portion (4, 4'; 8) disposed therebetween; and in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11') is provided at the base portion (4, 4'; 8) and/or at at least one of the limbs (2, 3; 6, 7).
  6. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) has soundproofing and/or thermal insulation properties; and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is formed as flexible or elastic.
  7. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) enlarges its volume, in particular foams, on exceeding a preset temperature.
  8. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) substantially extends over the total length of the section body (17, 18, 20); and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11') substantially extends over the total width of the longitudinal side of the section body (17, 18); or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) only extends over a part of the width of the longitudinal side of the section body (17, 18, 20).
  9. A section element in accordance with at least one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the sealing element (27) is formed as a sealing cord (26); and/or in that a plurality of sealing elements (11', 27), in particular extending substantially parallel to one another, are fastened to the section body (17, 18, 20).
  10. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is made from a soft plastic; and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is made from PVC, in particular from soft PVC.
  11. A section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) has a thickness of approximately 0.1 mm to 10 mm, preferably from approximately 3 mm to 5 mm.
  12. A method for the manufacture of a section element in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims, wherein the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is already fastened to the section body (17, 18, 20) during the manufacture of the section element and is foamed, for example by heating, after application onto the section body (17, 18, 20).
  13. A method in accordance with claim 12, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is sprayed, rolled or extruded onto the section body (17, 18, 20); and/or in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is applied to the section body (17, 18, 20) in a continuous process.
  14. A method in accordance with at least one of the claims 12 or 13, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is fastened to the section body (17, 18, 20) during a shaping process carried out for the manufacture of the section element or subsequently thereto.
  15. A method in accordance with at least one of the claims 12 to 14, characterized in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is applied to the section body (17, 18, 20) in a liquid to viscous condition; and in particular in that the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) is applied to the section body (17, 18, 20) so that at least some of the openings (13) formed in the section body (17, 18, 20) are covered at least regionally by the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27); and in that the liquid to viscous material of the sealing element (9, 10, 11, 11', 27) passes through the openings (13).
