  • Insulating mat is known according to a patent application No. 315656 . It contains mineral fibre layer made of single, elementary mineral fibre material and such mineral fibres are joined together with a binder and for a mineral fibre layers are generally arranged in a plane basically vertically to a mat plane. Moreover, this mat contains shield permeable to air guarding at least prevailing part of two main mat surfaces and shield is connected with this mat.
  • Nature of the invention is an insulation material made of natural wool fibres, vegetable and synthetic fibres recovered from recycled carpets and rugs.
  • Insulating material made of recycled rug and carpet fibres does not raise a dust during installation and use. It doesn't cause any allergy. If operational conditions (temperature and humidity) are met then this material is capable to absorb humidity without any dimension changes. It is possible to use a thermo-insulation mat again without any additional processing.
  • Insulating material is made of recycled rug and carpet row materials and of recycled production wastes, i.e. is made of natural wool fibres mixed with vegetable and synthetic fibres.
  • Insulating material consists of recycled rug and carpet fibres and recycled production waste fibres. Composition of material already manufactured is: 60% - recycled rug and carpet fibres, 25% - polyester fibres, and 15% - thermo-shrinkable fibres, fibre thickness from 80 mm to 150 mm, density from 20 kg/m 3 to 40 kg/m 3 .
