  • cap clogging plates 9 are engaged at both ends of the body in such a manner that heat exchange pipes 20 are inserted into heat exchange pipe engaging openings 19 of each cap clogging plate 9, a cooling water inlet 4 and a cooling water outlet 5, which are separated from each other by a partition 26, are formed at one side of the cap clogging plate 9, which is one of two cap clogging plates 9 engaged at both ends of the body 29, and a front cap 7 formed with cooling water body inlets 12 in the radial direction is also engaged, and a rear cap 8 formed with cooling water body inlets 12 in the radial direction is engaged at the other end of the body with the further cap clogging plate 9.
  • cooling efficiency is excellent because the cooling water passes through the inside of the heat exchange pipe as well as inside of the body thereof.
  • the present invention is very useful because it is possible to exchange the damaged parts after disassembling them without a necessity of changing the entire hydraulic-operating oil cooling apparatus, when the parts thereof are damaged. As a result, it is easy and simple to maintain and repair the hydraulic-operating oil cooling apparatus, and easy to assemble it, resulting in the drastic reduction of the manufacturing cost.

Claims (5)

  1. Ensemble de refroidissement d'huile à commande hydraulique comprenant :
    un corps ;
    un capuchon avant (7) ayant une entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) et une sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5) qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre par une cloison (26) ;
    une plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) arrangée entre le capuchon avant (7) et une extrémité du corps ;
    des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) arrangés à l'intérieur du corps pour canaliser l'eau de refroidissement de l'entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) vers la sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5), lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) étant insérés respectivement dans des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) sur ladite plaque de colmatage (9);
    une entrée d'huile (2) et une sortie d'huile (3) formées respectivement sur des portions d'extrémité du corps et communiquant avec ledit intérieur du corps et
    des plaques de colmatage (24) arrangées sur ledit intérieur du corps,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps est formé par un nombre souhaité d'unités (10) qui sont en prise boulonnée l'une avec l'autre en série, chaque unité (10) étant formée avec des trous de prise (13) et des passages d'eau de refroidissement du corps (18) dans la direction circonférentielle de celle-ci,
    des étanchéités (23) sont insérées respectivement dans des portions intermédiaires entre des unités voisines (10) de telle manière que des portions qui font saillie (31) desdites étanchéités (23) sont confrontées l'une à l'autre en alternance,
    une autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) est arrangée entre un capuchon arrière (8) et une autre extrémité du corps,
    lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) et des tiges de support (28) étant insérés respectivement dans des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) et des trous de prise des tiges de support (30) desdites plaques de colmatage de capuchon (9), les tiges de support (28) étant de plus insérées dans des trous de tige de support (25) desdites plaques de colmatage (24) qui sont attachés aux projections en saillie (31) des étanchéités (23) et
    ledit capuchon avant (7) étant formé avec des entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de la première plaque de colmatage de capuchon mentionnée (9) et ledit capuchon arrière (8) étant formé avec des entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de ladite autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9), lesdites entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) communiquant avec lesdits passages d'eau de refroidissement du corps (18).
  2. Ensemble de refroidissement d'huile à commande hydraulique comprenant :
    un corps (29) ;
    un capuchon avant (7) ayant une entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) et une sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5) qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre par une cloison (26) ;
    une plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) arrangée entre le capuchon avant (7) et une extrémité du corps (29) ;
    des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) arrangés à l'intérieur du corps pour canaliser l'eau de refroidissement de l'entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) vers la sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5), lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) étant insérés respectivement dans des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) sur ladite plaque de colmatage (9);
    une entrée d'huile (2) et une sortie d'huile (3) formées sur le corps (29) et communiquant avec ledit intérieur du corps (29) et
    des plaques de colmatage (24) arrangées sur ledit intérieur du corps (29),
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) est arrangée entre un capuchon arrière (8) et une autre extrémité du corps (29), lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) et des tiges de support (28) étant insérés respectivement dans des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) et des trous de prise des tiges de support (30) desdites plaques de colmatage de capuchon (9), les tiges de support (28) étant insérées dans des trous de tige de support (25) desdites plaques de colmatage (24) de telle manière que les plaques de colmatage (24) sont ajustées autour des tiges de support (28) de telle manière qu'elles sont espacées l'une de l'autre à des intervalles prédéterminés et
    ledit capuchon avant (7) étant formé avec une entrée de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de ladite première plaque de colmatage de capuchon mentionnée (9) et ledit capuchon arrière (8) étant formé avec une entrée de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de ladite autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9), lesdites entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) communiquant avec lesdits passages d'eau de refroidissement du corps (18).
  3. Ensemble de refroidissement d'huile à commande hydraulique comprenant :
    un corps ;
    un capuchon avant (7) ayant une entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) et une sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5) qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre par une cloison (26) ;
    une plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) arrangée entre le capuchon avant (7) et une extrémité du corps ;
    des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) arrangés à l'intérieur du corps pour canaliser l'eau de refroidissement de l'entrée d'eau de refroidissement (4) vers la sortie d'eau de refroidissement (5), lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) étant insérés respectivement dans des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) sur ladite plaque de colmatage (9);
    une entrée d'huile (2) et une sortie d'huile (3) formées respectivement sur des portions d'extrémité du corps et communiquant avec ledit intérieur du corps et
    des plaques de colmatage (24) arrangées sur ledit intérieur du corps,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps est formé par un nombre souhaité d'unités (10) qui sont en prise boulonnée l'une avec l'autre en série, chaque unité (10) étant formée avec des trous de prise (13) et des passages d'eau de refroidissement du corps (18) dans la direction circonférentielle de celle-ci,
    des étanchéités (23) sont insérées respectivement dans des portions intermédiaires entre des unités voisines (10) de telle manière que des portions qui font saillie (31) des étanchéités (23) qui sont formées respectivement en faisant une pièce avec une plaque de colmatage (24) à l'intérieur sont confrontées l'une à l'autre en alternance,
    une autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) est arrangée entre un capuchon arrière (8) et une autre extrémité du corps, ladite autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) ayant des ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) dans lesquelles lesdits tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) sont insérés, ledit capuchon avant (7) étant formé avec des entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de la première plaque de colmatage de capuchon mentionnée (9) et ledit capuchon arrière (8) étant formé avec des entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) dans la direction radiale et en prise sur un côté de ladite autre plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9), lesdites entrées de corps d'eau de refroidissement (12) communiquant avec lesdits passages d'eau de refroidissement du corps (18).
  4. Ensemble de refroidissement d'huile à commande hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) est construite en deux parties en prise l'une avec l'autre, des évidements d'étanchéité (17) sont formés aux ouvertures de prise des tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (19) qui sont formés sur les deux parties en prise de la plaque de colmatage de capuchon (9) et un élément d'étanchéité (16) est monté sur chaque évidement d'étanchéité (17).
  5. Ensemble de refroidissement d'huile à commande hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des ailerons (21) sont formés sur une surface extérieure de chaque tuyau d'échange de chaleur (20), lesdits ailerons (21) se chevauchant lorsqu'une pluralité de tuyaux d'échange de chaleur (20) est insérée en étant en prise sur chaque ouverture de prise de tuyau d'échange de chaleur (19) des plaques de colmatage de capuchon (9).
