Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung eines Speicherwagens der gattungsgemäßen Art, mit dem eine zusätzliche Belademöglichkeit bedarfsweise aktivierbar ist. Mit einem derartig ausgebildeten Hilfs-Förderband besteht in vorteilhafter Weise die Möglichkeit, bedarfsweise im Baustellenbereich auch ohne den Einsatz eines speziell ausgebildeten Übergabewagens Schüttgut von z.B. einem Bagger zu übernehmen und im Ladecontainer zu speichern. Die dafür erforderliche Umrüstung ist sehr einfach und rasch mit lediglich einer Längsverschiebung des Hilfs-Förderbandes durchführbar. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist auch darin zu sehen, dass das Hilfs-Förderband in seiner Ruheposition die bewährten Vorteile der Speicherwagen in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.With an auxiliary conveyor belt formed in this way, there is advantageously the possibility, if necessary in the construction site area, even without the use of a specially designed transfer carriage, bulk material of e.g. to take over an excavator and store it in the loading container. Claims (7)
- A storage wagon (1) for bulk material (17), including a loading container (5) which is mobile on on-track undercarriages (2) and comprises a bottom conveyor belt (6) extending in the longitudinal direction of the wagon, and a transfer conveyor belt (10), adjoining the bottom conveyor belt (6) and projecting over a front end of the wagon, for transferring stored bulk material (17) in a conveying direction (8) onto a preceding further storage wagon (1), characterized in that an auxiliary conveyor belt (20) extending in the longitudinal direction of the wagon is arranged on an upper end (19) of the loading container (5), the auxiliary conveyor belt (20) being displaceable by means of a drive (21) in the longitudinal direction of the wagon into an operating position in which a rear receiving end (22) - with respect to the conveying direction (8) - for receiving bulk material is positioned immediately above a track (3), and a discharge end (12) is positioned above the bottom conveyor belt (6).
- A storage wagon according to claim 1, characterized in that, in an inoperative position, the auxiliary conveyor belt (20) is arranged parallel to the bottom conveyor belt (6).
- A storage wagon according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a length of the auxiliary conveyor belt (20) is designed to correspond to approximately half a length of the bottom conveyor belt (6).
- A storage wagon according to one of claims 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that, in the operating position, a discharge end (12) of the auxiliary conveyor belt (20) is arranged at a vertical distance d1 from the bottom conveyor belt (6) which corresponds to a vertical distance d2 between a discharge end (25) of the projecting transfer conveyor belt (10) and the bottom conveyor belt (6).
- A storage wagon according to claim 1, characterized in that a support (23) having flanged rollers (24) for placement on the track (3) is provided in the region of the receiving end (22) of the auxiliary conveyor belt (20).
- A storage wagon according to claim 1, characterized in that a hopper (16) is arranged on the receiving end (22) of the auxiliary conveyor belt (20).
- A storage wagon according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the inoperative position, the receiving end (22) of the auxiliary conveyor belt (20) is arranged - with respect to the horizontal - at a distance e from the receiving end (11) of the bottom conveyor belt (6) which corresponds to a single to double loading height L.
