Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Positionsmeßvorrichtung für einen fluidischen Zylinder, welcher einen Zylindermantel (1) und eine im Zylindermantel (1) längsverschieblich geführte Kolbenstange (2) aufweist, wobei die Positionsmeßvorrichtung eine Auswerteeinheit (30) aufweist, welche die Position der Kolbenstange (2) bezüglich des Zylindermantels (1) anhand der intrinsischen Kapazität des von Zylindermantel (1), Kolbenstange (2) und einem als Dielektrikum wirkenden dielektrischen Fluid gebildeten Kondensators bestimmt.
