Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Positionsmeßvorrichtung für einen fluidischen Zylinder, welcher einen Zylindermantel (1) und eine im Zylindermantel (1) längsverschieblich geführte Kolbenstange (2) aufweist, wobei die Positionsmeßvorrichtung eine Auswerteeinheit (30) aufweist, welche die Position der Kolbenstange (2) bezüglich des Zylindermantels (1) anhand der intrinsischen Kapazität des von Zylindermantel (1), Kolbenstange (2) und einem als Dielektrikum wirkenden dielektrischen Fluid gebildeten Kondensators bestimmt. The present invention relates to a position measuring device for a fluidic cylinder which has a cylinder jacket (1) and a cylinder rod (1) longitudinally displaceably guided piston rod (2), wherein the position measuring device has an evaluation unit (30) which determines the position of the piston rod (2). with respect to the cylinder jacket (1) determined on the basis of the intrinsic capacity of the cylinder jacket (1), piston rod (2) and a dielectric fluid acting as a dielectric fluid formed capacitor.
