Claims (3)

  1. Boîte en carton ou matériau similaire ayant un corps et un couvercle, obtenue à partir d'une découpe unique perforée et pliée comprenant une première partie de découpe (A) prévue pour former le corps de boîte et une deuxième partie de découpe (B) prévue pour former le couvercle de boîte, lesdites première et deuxième parties de découpe (A, B) étant assemblées par des lignes de pli (C) et, dans la partie résiduelle, étant séparées par des lignes de coupe intermédiaires (F), dans laquelle :
    la première partie de découpe (A) comprend un panneau avant (10), un panneau arrière (11), deux panneaux latéraux (12, 13) et un rabat de colle (14), agencés de manière séquentielle et raccordés le long des côtés parallèles par des lignes de pli transversales (15, 16, 17, 18),
    ledit panneau avant (10) et ledit panneau arrière (11) s'étendent vers le bas dans les rabats longitudinaux (19, 20) et lesdits panneaux latéraux (12, 13) dans les rabats latéraux (21, 22), respectivement, lesdits rabats longitudinaux (19, 20) et lesdits rabats latéraux (21, 22) pouvant être pliés le long d'une ligne de pli longitudinale (23) et étant réalisés pour se chevaucher et se fixer les uns aux autres afin de former un fond de boîte,
    ledit panneau arrière (11) s'étend vers le haut dans un rabat longitudinal (24) qui peut être plié le long d'une ligne de pli longitudinale (25),
    ladite deuxième partie de découpe (B) comprend une bande avant (26) et deux bandes latérales (27, 28) raccordées le long des côtés parallèles par des lignes de pli transversales (29, 30),
    ladite bande avant (26) s'étend vers le haut dans un rabat longitudinal (31) et lesdites bandes latérales (27, 28) dans les rabats latéraux (32, 33), respectivement, ledit rabat longitudinal (31) et lesdits rabats latéraux (32, 33) pouvant être pliés le long d'une ligne de pli longitudinale (34) et étant réalisés pour se fixer sur le rabat (24) dudit panneau arrière (11) de ladite première partie de découpe (A) afin de former un couvercle de boîte,
    ladite bande avant (26) s'étend vers le bas dans une languette de colle longitudinale (35) et lesdites bandes latérales (27, 28) dans des languettes de colle (36, 37) se présentant sous la forme d'un triangle rectangle, respectivement, ladite languette de colle longitudinale (35) et chacune desdites languettes de colle (36, 37) se présentant sous la forme d'un triangle rectangle pouvant être pliées le long d'une ligne de pli longitudinale (38) et être réalisées pour se fixer à ladite bande avant (26) et à une bande correspondante desdites bandes latérales (27, 28), respectivement, afin de former, en coopération avec ces dernières, un revers (R) pour rigidifier le couvercle,
    ladite languette de colle longitudinale (35) est assemblée au panneau avant (10) de ladite première partie de découpe (A) par une ligne de pli (C) et comprend, de manière adjacente à ladite ligne de pli (C), une lèvre (39) qui peut se séparer de cette dernière le long d'une ligne de pointillés (40),
    caractérisée en ce que:
    une membrane de raccordement (41, 42) s'étend de manière oblique et vers le bas à partir d'une ligne de pli (S) le long de l'hypoténuse de chacune desdites languettes de colle (36, 37) se présentant sous la forme d'un triangle rectangle,
    ladite membrane de raccordement (41, 42) est assemblée, au niveau de son bord inférieur, à un panneau correspondant desdits panneaux latéraux (12, 13) de la première partie de découpe (A) par une ligne de pli (C),
    ladite membrane de raccordement (41, 42) comprend un rabat de colle (43, 44) qui peut être séparé de cette dernière le long d'une ligne de déchirement (45, 46) et est en outre assemblé, au niveau de son bord supérieur, à une bande correspondante desdites bandes latérales (27, 28) le long d'une trajectoire de ladite ligne de pli longitudinale (38), ledit rabat de colle (43, 44) pouvant être plié le long de ladite ligne de pli longitudinale (38) et réalisé pour se fixer sur ladite bande correspondante desdites bandes latérales (27, 28).
  2. Boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que pour former le couvercle de boîte, ledit rabat longitudinal (24) de ladite première partie de découpe (A) est intercalé entre et fixé sur ledit rabat longitudinal (31) et sur lesdits rabats latéraux (32, 33) de ladite deuxième partie de découpe (B).
  3. Boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, après que la lèvre (39) a été séparée de la languette de colle (35), lors de la première ouverture de la boîte, ladite languette de colle (35) forme une partie d'échelon (47) le long de la ligne de pointillés (40), afin de permettre à la lèvre (39) d'être bloquée de manière amovible sur cette dernière lorsque le couvercle est abaissé pour fermer la boîte.
