Claims (3)

  1. Kartonschachtel oder Schachtel aus ähnlichem Material mit einem Rumpf und einem Deckel aus einem einzigen gelochten und gefalteten Zuschnitt, bestehend aus einem ersten Folienabschnitt (A) zum Bilden des Schachtelrumpfes und einem zweiten Folienabschnitt (B) zum Bilden des Schachteldeckels, wobei der erste und der zweite Folienabschnitt (A,B) mittels Faltlinien (C) zusammengefügt und ansonsten mittels gelochten Zwischenlinien (F) abgetrennt sind, worin
    - der erste Folienabschnitt (A) aus einer Vorderwand (10), einer Rückwand (11), zwei Seitenwänden (12,13) und einer Klebeklappe (14) besteht, die serienmäßig und entlang parallelen Seiten mittels querlaufenden Faltlinien (15,16,17,18) verbunden sind,
    - die Vorderwand (10) und die Rückwand (11) sich nach unten in Längsklappen (19,20) und beziehungsweise die Seitenwände (12,13) in entsprechende Seitenklappen (21,22) erstrecken, wobei die Längsklappen (19,20) und die Seitenklappen (21,22) entlang einer Längsfaltlinie (23) umfaltbar und derart gestaltet sind, um sich übereinanderzulegen und miteinander verklebt zu werden, um auf diese Weise den Schachtelboden zu bilden,
    - die Rückwand (11) sich nach oben in eine Längsklappe (24) erstreckt, die entlang einer Längsfaltlinie (25) umgefaltet werden kann,
    - der zweite Folienabschnitt (B) einen Vorderstreifen (26) und zwei Seitenstreifen (27,28) umfasst, die entlang parallelen Seiten, mittels querlaufenden Faltlinien (29,30), verbunden sind,
    - der Vorderstreifen (26) sich nach oben in eine Längsklappe (31) und beziehungsweise die Seitenstreifen (27,28) sich in Seitenklappen (32,33) erstrecken, wobei die Längsklappe (31) und die Seitenklappen (32,33) entlang einer Längsfaltlinie (34) umgefaltet werden können und derart gestaltet sind, um an die Längsklappe (24) der Rückwand (11) vom ersten Folienabschnitt (A) angeklebt zu werden und den Schachteldeckel zu bilden,
    - der Vorderstreifen (26) sich nach unten in eine längliche Klebelasche (35) und beziehungsweise die Seitenstreifen (27,28) sich in Klebelaschen (36,37) in der Form eines rechtwinkeligen Dreiecks erstrecken, wobei die längliche Klebelasche (35) und jede der Klebelaschen (36,37) in der Form eines rechtwinkeligen Dreiecks entlang einer Längsfaltlinie (38) umfaltbar sind und an den Vorderstreifen (26) und beziehungsweise an einen entsprechenden Seitenstreifen der Seitenstreifen (27,28) angeklebt werden können, um in Zusammenwirkung damit einen Umschlag (R) zum Versteifen des Deckels zu bilden,
    - die längliche Klebelasche (35) mit der Vorderwand (10) des ersten Folienabschnitts (A) mittels einer Faltlinie (C) verbunden ist und neben der Faltlinie (C) eine Lippe (39) aufweist, die davon, entlang einer Aufreißlinie (40), abgetrennt werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - eine Verbindungsmembrane (41,42) sich schräg sowie nach unten, beginnend von einer Faltlinie (S), entlang der Hypotenuse einer jeden Klebelasche (36,37) in der Form eines rechtwinkeligen Dreiecks erstreckt,
    - die Verbindungsmembrane (41,42) an ihrer unteren Kante mit einer entsprechenden Seitenwand der Seitenwände (12,13) des ersten Folienabschnitts (A) mittels der Faltlinie (C) verbunden ist,
    - die Verbindungsmembrane (41,42) eine Klebeklappe (43,44) umfasst, die entlang einer Aufreißlinie (45,46) davon abgetrennt werden kann und ferner an ihrer oberen Kante an einen entsprechenden Seitenstreifen von den Seitenstreifen (27,28), entlang einer Länge der Längsfaltlinie (38), verbunden ist, wobei die Klebeklappe (43,44), entlang der Längsfaltlinie (38), umfaltbar und derart gestaltet ist, um an dem entsprechenden Seitenstreifen der Seitenstreifen (27,28) angeklebt zu werden.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Formen des Schachteldeckels die Längsklappe (24) des ersten Folienabschnitts (A) dazwischen gelegt ist und an der Längsklappe (31) und an den Seitenklappen (32,33) des zweiten Folienabschnitts (B) angeklebt ist.
  3. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, nachdem die Lippe (39) von der Klebelasche (35) beim ersten Öffnen der Schachtel gelöst wurde, die Klebelasche (35) entlang der Aufreißlinie (40) eine Stufe (47) bildet, um dadurch der Lippe (39) eine lösbare Befestigung daran zu ermöglichen, wenn der Deckel zum Schließen der Schachtel heruntergedrückt wird.
