Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of spray nozzles, in particular the spray nozzles for wet and dry sprayed concrete.
- the spray nozzle according to the invention comprises a hollow body made of a thermoplastic material having an inlet region, a subsequent main region which optionally narrows to a minimum cross-section, optionally an outlet region, and an outlet end, wherein the thermoplastic material of the inlet region has a higher Shore A hardness than that thermoplastic material in at least one area of the main area.
- Spray nozzles are used in various areas.
- a spray nozzle is used when wet shotcrete or dry sprayed concrete is to be applied to a building surface.
- surface sections inside a tunnel are spray-cast, which acts as a cladding layer, insulation layer, static base layer or protective layer.
- Spray nozzles can also be used in other fields, for example in the food industry.
- a spray nozzle which has a special angle of inclination to the nozzle inner wall.
- the speed of the shotcrete In order for the shotcrete to be applied to the building surface with a certain consistency or quality, the speed of the shotcrete must be set to a certain value.
- the speed of the shotcrete is adjusted in the spray nozzle by the cross-sectional profile of the nozzle. It is generally known from hydrodynamics that in a tube which is traversed by a medium, the flow velocity at cross-sectional constriction increases at a constant volumetric flow and correspondingly lowers at cross-sectional widening (continuity equation). According to this equation of continuity, the velocity of the shotcrete is increased in a spray nozzle by cross-sectional constriction in a main region of the nozzle. In an exit area of the nozzle, the shotcrete is applied to the building surface at the desired speed.
- a major problem with existing spray nozzles is that due to the sandy components of the sprayed concrete and the high flow rate of the shotcrete inside the nozzle a strong abrasion and a strong material stress, especially in the area of the cross-sectional constriction, i. where the nozzle narrows for the first time in a minimum cross-section occurs.
- the abrasion or wear often results in the nozzle breaking at the point of greatest wear.
- existing nozzles must be replaced with current use in relatively short time intervals for new nozzles.
- the expenses relating to the working time when changing the nozzle and the material costs of the nozzles themselves represent a not inconsiderable cost factor, which must be minimized.
- spray nozzles were made of wear-resistant material such as steel.

Abstract
Description
- Spritzdüsen finden in verschiedenen Bereichen Anwendung.
- In

- In
- In
