Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Waschen und/oder Spülen in einer Wäschewaschmaschine des Typs, der beinhaltet eine Wanne (1), wobei die Wanne vorgesehen ist mit einem Bodenbereich (1a), einer in der Wanne angeordneten Trommel (2) zum Waschen von Wäsche, die zur Rotation um eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Achse (X-X) angebracht ist, ein Hydrauliksystem, das eine Vielzahl von Düsen (6, 8) zum Einleiten der Flüssigkeiten in die Wanne (1) umfasst, und eine Öffnung (4) im untersten Teil des Bodenbereichs (1a) der Wanne zum Ablassen der Flüssigkeiten, einen Behälter (3), der unter dem Bodenbereich der Wanne angeordnet ist und der eine bestimmte Menge an Wasch- oder Spülflüssigkeit enthalten kann,
wobei der Behälter (3) hydraulisch mit den Düsen (6, 8) verbunden ist, mit der Öffnung (4) im untersten Teil des Bodenbereichs der Wanne, mit einem Ablauf (13) außerhalb der Maschine, mit einer Wasserquelle (14), mit einer Pumpe (11) zum Ablassen der Flüssigkeiten aus der Maschine und mit einer Pumpe (10) zum erneuten Zirkulieren der Flüssigkeiten aus und in die Wanne (1), wobei der Behälter (3) durchlaufen wird,
wobei das Verfahren umfasst eine Phase, in der die in der Trommel (2) angeordnete Wäsche benässt wird, indem eine bestimmte Menge an Wasch- und/oder Spülflüssigkeit in das Hydrauliksystem der Maschine geladen wird, eine Mehrzahl an erneuten Zirkulationsphasen der Wasch- und/oder Spülflüssigkeit zum Waschen und Spülen der Wäsche,
und schließlich mindestens eine Phase des Ablassens der gebrauchten Wasch- und/oder Spülflüssigkeit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Phase des Benässens der Wäsche in der Trommel dadurch verwirklicht wird, indem in das Hydrauliksystem der Maschine eine Flüssigkeitsmenge geladen wird, so dass daraus bei der erneuten Zirkulation ein dynamischer Level an Flüssigkeit entsteht, der die horizontale Ebene (A) tangential zur Kante (2a) der Trommel (2) nicht übersteigt, wenn man die niedrigste Position davon mit Bezug zur Rotationsachse (X-X) berücksichtigt. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die in das Hydrauliksystem der Maschine geladene Flüssigkeitsmenge dergestalt ist, dass ihr Level in statischen Zuständen nicht die horizontale Ebene (B) tangential zum untersten Teil des Bodenbereichs (1a) der Wanne (1) übersteigt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Anteil der Flüssigkeit, die in der Phase des Benässens der Wäsche in der Trommel über die erneute Zirkulation verwendet wird, in statischen Zuständen betrachtet im Wesentlichen ¾ der Gesamtmenge der im Hydrauliksystem vorhandenen Flüssigkeit entspricht.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Flüssigkeitsmenge, die aus der Wasserquelle stammt und in das Hydrauliksystem geladen wird, zwischen 400 und 600 Milliliter liegt.
