Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a jet cleaner for cleaning, rinsing, disinfecting and sterilizing in particular predominantly closed, difficult to access container interior spaces with the aid of liquid media.

Although the device described here for cleaning closed rooms has a self-cleaning in the nozzle body area, but is characterized by a compact, complex construction, with which the cleaning of a lance body is not feasible.
This self-cleaning device is essentially suitable for cleaning the nozzles. The radial brush assembly on the drive axle is also subject to high wear.
It was an object of the invention to provide a jet cleaner with a simple, inexpensive, largely maintenance-free and wear-resistant construction that can operate under high pressure and low pressure conditions and even after or during the cleaning process within a closed container without disassembly to clean, rinse, disinfect and is sterilized and versatile in the food, medical, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as other areas where sterility is important for cleanliness and safety reasons.
The object is achieved by a jet cleaner, in particular for cleaning containers such as tanks and the like with the aid of liquid media having the features of
Particularly noteworthy is the simple construction of the Zielstrahlreinigers, which is equipped with a second liquid circuit, which is guided separately within the lance body and the spherical lance head, whereby the inner lance body and the spherical lance head of the shot-blasting after its use or simultaneously during cleaning a container without disassembly is to be cleaned.
The second fluid circuit according to the invention requires no additional components on the known jet cleaner. It is only a liquid supply member, two nested tubes and a closed spherical nozzle body required, which are interconnected according to the preamble of
The, intended for the cleaning of the Zielstrahlreinigers, second separate liquid circuit is provided in particular for cleaning in the high pressure region and, according to
The device arrangement according to the invention has the great advantage that the structural design of the target jet cleaner by the largely closed lance body and the lance head, is relatively resistant to contamination. Nevertheless occurring contamination of the jet cleaner, for example, by rising liquids in the container or splashed dirt particles that attach to the device can be easily removed after completion of the cleaning process. For this purpose, the target jet cleaner must be removed from the cleaned container, the liquid supply interrupted via the conventional liquid inlet opening and the second liquid circuit according to the invention via the second liquid inlet opening to the liquid supply part to be opened. This cleaning process of the jet cleaner saves extensive time-consuming and costly dismantling, the renewed Assembly of the device and ensures its rapid repeated readiness. In addition, soiling of clean containers with residues of cleaning agents, chemicals disinfectants or similar substances that have become lodged in the lance body and the lance head during a cleaning process is avoided.
Another advantage is the second variant of the jet cleaner according to the invention, according to
Finally, the possible use of erfindungemäßen jet cleaner in high and low pressure work, which, according to customer requirements, can be adjusted, its flexibility and ease of use and ensures a high security potential in terms of unwanted contamination.
