Claims (10)

  1. Quaderförmige Dose, bestehend aus:
    - einer Schale, die einen Boden (1) und einen Deckel (2) umfasst, die jeweils an einer ersten senkrechten Seite (3) der Dose über ein doppeltes Scharnier in dreiteiliger Form angelenkt sind,
    - einem selbsttragendes Band (10) mit drei U-förmigen Feldern, das im Innern der Schale in einer geschlossenen Position angeordnet ist, wobei das Band (10) in einer Rille (7) positioniert ist, die im Boden (1) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Deckel (2) eine gegenüberliegende Seite (4) zu dem doppelten Scharnier aufweist, wobei die gegenüberliegende Seite (4) damit über seitliche Seiten (5, 6) starr verbunden ist, die mindestens teilweise die restlichen Seitenflächen bedecken, wobei der Deckel Bodenbefestigungsmittel (20, 21, 22, 23) umfasst, und dass das Band (10) die erste Seite (3) und die beiden seitlichen Seiten (5, 6) bedeckt.
  2. Dose nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt wird, wobei das Feld (10) aus Pappe bereitgestellt wird.
  3. Dose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Abschnitte der Bodenrille (7), die sich an der ersten Seite und den daran angrenzenden Seiten entlang erstreckt, jeweils eine Erhebung (8) umfassen, die bereitgestellt wird, um mit einem entsprechenden Ausschnitt (11, 12) oder einer entsprechenden Vertiefung, der bzw. die im Innern der Umrandung der Felder des Bandes (10) eingearbeitet ist, zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Umrandung dazu gedacht ist, in die Rille (7) eingefügt zu werden.
  4. Dose nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebungen (8) und die entsprechenden Vertiefungen (11, 12) trapezförmig sind.
  5. Dose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kante jedes Seitenfeldes des Bandes (10), die in die Rille eingefügt wird, in der Richtung des freien Randes derselben, in einem geradlinigen Abschnitt endet, der um einen Winkel (α) zwischen 1 und 5° zum Rest der Kante konvex geneigt ist.
  6. Dose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel einen Außenrand (20, 21) umfassen, um das Einrasten in einem Rand (22, 23) zu ermöglichen, der die Seite des Deckels (2) gegenüber der ersten Seite (3) mit doppeltem Scharnier verlängert.
  7. Dose nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenrand des Bodens (1) eine erste Oberfläche (20) umfasst, die eine zum Boden parallele Form aufweist, die um einen Außenmantel (21) verlängert wird, der eine dazu rechtwinklige Form aufweist, wobei der Rand des Deckels (2) als Rinne konfiguriert ist (22), die in einer geschlossenen Position des Deckels (2) derart orientiert ist, dass sie den Außenmantel (21) des Randes des Bodens (1) unterbringen kann, wobei der freie Rand (23) der Rinne (22) umgebogen ist, um unter den Mantel (21) geklippt zu werden.
  8. Dose nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (1), der Deckel (2), und die Seite (3) mit doppeltem Scharnier aus einem einzigen Kunststoffbogen warmgeformt sind.
  9. Dose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ecken des Bodens (1) der Seite (4) gegenüber dem doppelten Scharnier eine abgefaste und abgeschrägte Form (24) aufweisen.
  10. Dose nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das doppelte Scharnier sich aus einer doppelten Querritzung ergibt, die durch Ausstanzen und Begrenzen der ersten Seite (3) erzielt wird.
