Claims (9)

  1. Manual stretch or pre-stretch film wrapping device used for wrapping operations, comprising, on the one hand, a hub (2) for receiving a roll (3) of film (30) and on which the latter can freely rotate, and the free end of which is provided with a handle (26); and on the other hand, extending substantially parallel to said hub (2), a bar or the like, which forms a side handle (4), wherein said bar or the like forming a side handle (4) is in the form of a tube with a constant cross-section, which extends over the entire height of said hub (2) and which comprises three portions, an intermediate portion (40) and two extreme portions (41, 42), said intermediate portion (40) is straight and extends parallel to said hub (2), one (41) of said extreme portions is curved and connects said straight portion (40) to said hub (2) on the side opposite the one comprising the handle (26), while the other extreme portion (42) is free, also curved, bent towards said hub (2).
  2. Manual wrapping device according to claim 1, wherein the curved extreme portions (41, 42) of the handle (4) are in the form of a quarter of circle.
  3. Manual wrapping device according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the hub (2) is equipped with a brake system (5) permitting to control the rotation of the roll (3).
  4. Manual wrapping device according to claim 3, wherein the brake system (5) comprises two flanges (50, 51) capable of permitting to embrace the roll (3), and which comprise, on the one hand, a plate (50) firmly integral with the hub (2), against which one end of said roll (3) rests and, on the other hand, a disc (51) inserted onto said hub (2) and resting on the other end of said roll (3) under the action of a tightening means (26).
  5. Manual wrapping device according to claim 4, wherein an interchangeable disc (53) of material with low friction coefficient is intercalated between the plate (50) and the end of the roll (3).
  6. Manual wrapping device according to claim 4 or claim 5, wherein a rolling means (7) is intercalated between the disc (51) and the tightening means (26).
  7. Manual wrapping device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it comprises means (58, 59) for centring the roll (3) on the hub (2).
  8. Manual wrapping device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the hub (2) is of a variable length, to this end it is formed of a tube (20) integral, at one end (21), with a curved extreme portion (41) of the handle (4) while its other end (22) is threaded (23) and receives a threaded rod (24).
  9. Manual wrapping device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein it includes a base (6) directly or indirectly made integral with the curved end portion (41) of the handle (4), which the hub (2) is made integral with and which has a resting face perpendicular to the axis of said hub (2).
