Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der Betriebsweise einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (M) auf eine Wickelhülse (2) zu einer Wickelrolle (3) in Rollenschneidmaschinen (9) nach dem Längsschneiden einer von einer Vorrichtung (10) zum Abwickeln abgewickelten Materialbahn (MG), umfassend zwei achsparallel zueinander angeordnete, antreibbare Tragwalzen (5, 6) zur Abstützung der Wickelrolle (3) unter Ausbildung zweier Wickelspalte (7, 8), wobei im ersten Wickelspalt (7) die Materialbahn (M) zur Wickelrolle (3) unter zumindest teilweiser Umschlingung der ersten Tragwalze (5) geführt wird und die der ersten Tragwalze (5) in Materialbahnlaufrichtung nachgeordnete zweite Tragwalze (6) frei von einer Umschlingung durch die Materialbahn ist und bei welchem in Abhängigkeit wenigstens eines Sollwertes einer die erforderliche Leistung (Psoll) der Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufwickeln wenigstens mittelbar charakterisierenden Größe die Antriebe der einzelnen Tragwalzen (5, 6) vorgesteuert werden, und das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Antrieb der zweiten Tragwalze (6) unabhängig von einer Berücksichtigung von Istwerten der das Antriebsverhalten der ersten Tragwalze (5) wenigstens mittelbar beschreibenden Größen feingesteuert/feingeregelt wird.The invention relates to a method for optimizing the operation of a device (1) for winding a web (M) on a winding tube (2) to a winding roll (3) in slitter (9) after slitting one of a device (10) for unwinding unwound material web (MG), comprising two axially parallel to each other, drivable support rollers (5, 6) for supporting the winding roll (3) to form two winding nips (7, 8), wherein in the first winding nip (7) the material web (M) to the winding roll (3) is guided under at least partial wrapping of the first support roller (5) and the first support roller (5) in the web direction of travel downstream second support roller (6) is free of a wrap around the material web and in which depending on at least one desired value of a required Power (Psoll) of the device (1) for winding at least indirectly characterizing size the drives of each support Rolling (5, 6) are precontrolled, and which is characterized in that the drive of the second support roller (6) is finely controlled / finely controlled regardless of a consideration of actual values of the driving behavior of the first support roller (5) at least indirectly descriptive variables.
