Claims (12)
- Applicateur de colle pour brocheuses caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- deux ou plusieurs distributeurs (3a, 3b) de la colle venant de deux ou plusieurs bacs ;- un conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23) de la colle
audit/auxdits distributeur/s (3a, 3b) ;
et où deux ou plusieurs conduits périphériques (21a, 21 b) d'approvisionnement de la colle, chacun relié à au moins un desdits bacs, confluent dans ledit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23), chacun desdits conduits périphériques d'approvisionnement (21 a, 21 b) comprenant, en amont de la confluence (24) avec ledit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23), au moins une soupape d'ouverture/fermeture (22a, 22b) apte à consentir ou empêcher l'approvisionnement de colle audit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23), et où ledit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23) comprend au moins un branchement (25) se partageant en deux ou plusieurs ultérieurs conduits (25a, 25b), chacun relié au distributeur correspondant (3a, 3b). - Applicateur de colle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites soupapes (22a, 22b) desdits conduits périphériques d'approvisionnement (21a, 21b) fonctionnent de façon à fournir alternativement audit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23) la colle (1a, 1b) venant d'un desdits conduits périphériques d'approvisionnement (21 a, 21 b).
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications 1, 2 caractérisé en ce que lesdites soupapes (22a, 22b) desdits conduits périphériques d'approvisionnement (21a, 21b) fonctionnent de façon à fournir simultanément audit conduit principal d'approvisionnement (23) la colle (1a et 1b) venant de deux ou plusieurs desdits conduits périphériques d'approvisionnement (21 a, 21 b).
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications 1, 2, 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux ou plusieurs bacs à colle, chacun apte à contenir de différentes colles en termes de composition et/ou de qualité et/ou de température d'exercice et/ou de séchage.
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits distributeurs (3a, 3b) comprend un conduit positionné horizontalement et orthogonalement à la direction d'avance des fascicules et doté de soupapes ou mécanismes pour l'approvisionnement/interruption de la colle.
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits bacs comprend un dispositif pour le contrôle de la pression à l'intérieur du bac.
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- au moins un couple de guidages (51a, 52a, 51b, 52b) pour les fascicules positionnés sur chaque distributeur (3a, 3b) ;- au moins un composant pour l'application de la colle apte à appliquer la colle sur le dos du fascicule en transit, relié à un desdits distributeurs (3a) et positionné entre lesdits guidages (51 a, 52a) dudit distributeur (3a) ;- au moins un couple de composants latéraux pour l'application de la colle aptes à appliquer la colle sur la marge de la première et de la dernière feuilles près du dos du fascicule en transit, et où lesdits composants latéraux pour l'application sont reliés à un distributeur (3b) et sont positionnés entre les guidages (51b, 52b) en tant que continuation des guidages (51 b, 52b) ou sur les guidages (51 b, 52b) dudit distributeur (3b).
- Applicateur de colle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit composant pour l'application de la colle sur le dos du fascicule se compose d'une fente ou ouverture (31a) se trouvant sur la partie supérieure du distributeur (3a).
- Applicateur de colle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits composants pour l'application de la colle sur la marge de la première et de la dernière feuilles près du dos du fascicule se compose d'une série de trous ou ouvertures (32b) présents sur la surface de chaque guidage (51b, 52b) tournés vers le guidage opposé (52b, 51b) et communiquant avec l'intérieur dudit distributeur (3b).
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les guidages (51a, 51b) plus proches du bac sont fixes, et où les guidages (52a, 52b) plus éloignés du bac peuvent être déplacés.
- Applicateur de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque mécanisme pour l'approvisionnement/interruption de la colle de chaque distributeur (3a, 3b) comprend un obturateur ou un conduit cylindrique logé et tournable à l'intérieur du distributeur correspondant (3a, 3b) et étant adhérent à la partion interne des fentes ou trous (31a, 32b) du distributeur (3a, 3b), et où la paroi dudit obturateur est dotée de trous ou fentes de forme, dimension et position correspondant auxdits trous ou fentes (31a, 32b) du distributeur correspondant (3a, 3b), et où la rotation dudit obturateur aligne ou désaligne les trous ou fentes de l'obturateur avec les trous ou fentes du distributeur (3a, 3b), en permettant ou empêchant le passage de la colle à travers les trous ou fentes du distributeur (3a, 3b).
- Applicatuer de colle selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un mécanisme pour l'aspiration partielle de la colle contenue dans les conduits d'approvisionnement (3a, 3b) et dans les obturateurs de façon à garantir une action de début de flux très précise et une interruption nette de l'extrusion de la colle dans la zone d'application de la colle.
