  • the plate 30 may also have a housing 33 for the adhesive tank, which is appropriately configured to accommodate the latter and put it in communication with the supply conduit 24 and hence with the stabilization chamber 23 or the other portion of the first circuit 9, if the latter is of traditional type or has a different configuration.
  • the housing 33 has a specially shaped female coupling 34, allowing communication between the adhesive and the supply conduit 24.
  • the provision of the heating means associated with the plate 30 will allow the cleaning/sealing fluid to be heated to the same temperature as the adhesive.
  • the heating means may be also provided without the plate 30, in which case they may be directly associated with the delivery conduit 29, or if the plate 30 does not enclose part of the first circuit 9.
  • the second circuit 13 may have valve means 35 for dividing the second circuit 13 into two mutually fluidically isolated portions.
  • valve means 35 When the valve means 35 are in an active state, they will prevent the adhesive from flowing into the portion upstream from the means 35, thereby avoiding the risk that adhesive may reach the fluid tank 12.
  • the valve means 35 may be located in any position of the second circuit 13, as needed.
  • a non-return valve possibly of electronically controlled type, or a simple on/off valve, which may also be electronically controlled or manually operated, such as a simple tap.
  • the adhesive delivering head and the machine incorporating such head fulfill the intended objects and particularly meet the requirement of allowing effective delivery of the cleaning and/or sealing fluid, while avoiding waste and speeding up both the steps for cleaning and maintenance of the head and those for putting the head back in operation for a new duty cycle.

Claims (11)

  1. Tête de distribution de colle pour une relieuse pour des blocs de reliure (B) pour des feuilles (F) avec un dispositif de nettoyage/scellage, dans lequel chaque bloc (B) a un dos (D), comprenant :
    - un cadre de support (2) avec un logement (3) pour guider un bloc (B) à relier ;
    - une fente (5) formée à l'intérieur dudit logement (3) pour la distribution locale de colle sur le dos (D) du bloc (B) à relier ;
    - un premier circuit (9) relié de manière fluidique à ladite fente (5) pour alimenter la colle à l'intérieur dudit logement (3) ;
    - un dispositif de nettoyage/scellage (10) comprenant un moyen (11) de distribution d'une quantité prédéterminée d'un liquide d'exercice pour éliminer la colle résiduelle et/ou sceller ladite fente (5), ledit liquide pouvant être stocké dans un réservoir (12) pouvant être associé à la machine ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de distribution (11) comprend un deuxième circuit (13) au moins partiellement séparé du premier (9) et ayant un orifice d'entrée (14) pouvant être connecté au réservoir du liquide (12) et au moins un orifice d'approvisionnement (15) relié de manière fluidique à ladite fente (5).
  2. Tête selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier circuit (9) comprend une chambre de collecte (19) de la colle située en amont de ladite fente (5) et ayant une entrée (21) pour la colle et au moins une sortie (22) pour la colle, pouvant être reliée de manière fluidique à ladite fente (5).
  3. Tête selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième circuit (13) comprend un conduit d'alimentation (16) ayant à une extrémité de ce dernier ledit orifice d'approvisionnement (15) formé à l'intérieur de ladite chambre de collecte (19) et à l'extrémité opposée de ce dernier au moins une ouverture d'entrée (18) pour le liquide d'exercice.
  4. Tête selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit conduit d'alimentation (16) a un axe longitudinal (X) et une pluralité d'orifices d'approvisionnement (15, 15', 15", ...) formés à l'intérieur de ladite chambre de collecte (19) et un décalage réciproquement longitudinal.
  5. Tête selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit cadre de support (2) comprend une portion centrale (17) ayant une surface supérieure substantiellement plane (4) dans laquelle ledit logement (3) est formé, ladite chambre de collecte (19) et ledit conduit d'alimentation (16) étant situés à l'intérieur de ladite portion centrale (17) dudit cadre (2).
  6. Tête selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite portion centrale (17) dudit cadre (2) a une paroi latérale (20) dans laquelle ladite au moins une ouverture d'entrée (18) dudit conduit d'alimentation (16) est formé.
  7. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième circuit (13) comprend au moins un conduit de distribution (29) ayant à une extrémité ledit orifice de sortie (14) et à l'extrémité opposée au moins un joint pour la connexion dudit conduit d'alimentation (16).
  8. Tête selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième circuit (13) comprend une plaque (30) pour raccorder ledit réservoir (12) audit conduit d'alimentation (16), ladite plaque (30) contenant ledit conduit de distribution (29).
  9. Tête selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ladite plaque (30) comprend une portion (24) dudit premier circuit (9) et comprend également un moyen de réchauffage conçu pour approvisionner le liquide à l'intérieur dudit conduit de distribution (9) à des températures respectives de réchauffage prédéterminées qui sont substantiellement les mêmes.
  10. Tête selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième circuit (13) comprend une vanne (35) conçue pour séparer le deuxième circuit (13) en deux portions isolées réciproquement de manière fluidique pour éviter que la colle ne s'écoule à l'intérieur d'au moins une portion dudit deuxième circuit (13).
  11. Machine pour blocs de reliure (B) d'éléments en feuille (F) comprenant une tête de distribution de colle (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
