Claims (12)

  1. Leimapplikator für Klebebindemaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Folgendes umfasst:
    • zwei oder mehr Spender (3a, 3b) des aus zwei oder mehr Tanks stammenden Leims;
    • eine Hauptzuleitung (23) des Leims zu dem/den besagten Spender(n) (3a, 3b),
    und wobei zwei oder mehrere periphere Leim-Zuleitungen (21a, 21b), von denen jede mit wenigstens einem der besagten Tanks verbunden ist, in die besagte Hauptzuleitung (23) fließen und jede der peripheren Zuleitungen (21a, 21b) vor dem Zusammenfluss (24) mit der besagten Hauptzuleitung (23) wenigstens ein Öffnungs- und Schließventil (22a, 22b) umfasst, das geeignet ist, den Zufluss von Leim in die besagte Hauptzuleitung (23) zu erlauben oder zu verhindern, und wobei die besagte Hauptzuleitung (23) wenigstens eine Verzweigung (25) umfasst, die sich in zwei oder mehr weitere Leitungen (25a, 25b) aufteilt, von denen jede mit dem jeweiligen Spender (3a, 3b) verbunden ist.
  2. Leimapplikator gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Ventile (22a, 22b) der besagten peripheren Zuleitungen (21a, 21b) so arbeiten, dass sie die besagte Hauptzuleitung (23) abwechselnd mit dem Leim (1a, 1b) aus jeweils einer der besagten peripheren Zuleitungen (2 1 a, 21b) versorgen.
  3. Leimapplikator gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Ventile (22a, 22b) der besagten peripheren Zuleitungen (21 a, 21b) so arbeiten, dass sie die besagte Hauptzuleitung (23) gleichzeitig mit dem Leim (1a, 1b) aus zwei oder mehreren der besagten peripheren Zuleitungen (2 1 a, 21b) versorgen.
  4. Leimapplikator gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1, 2, 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei oder mehr Leimtanks umfasst, von denen jeder geeignet ist, hinsichtlich der Zusammensetzung und/oder Qualität und/oder Betriebs- und/oder Trocknungstemperatur unterschiedliche Leime zu enthalten.
  5. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der besagten Spender (3a, 3b) eine Leitung umfasst, die waagerecht und rechtwinklig zu der Richtung der Vorlaufbewegung des Blocks positioniert ist und Ventile oder Mechanismen für die Zufuhr/Unterbrechung des Leims umfasst.
  6. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der besagten Tanks eine Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle des Tankinnendrucks umfasst.
  7. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Folgendes umfasst:
    • wenigstens ein Paar Führungen (51a, 52a, 51b, 52b) für die auf jedem Spender positionierten Blöcke (3a, 3b);
    • wenigstens eine Leimauftragskomponente, dazu geeignet, den Leim auf den Rücken des durchlaufenden Blocks aufzutragen, welche mit einem der besagten Spender (3a) verbunden und zwischen den besagten Führungen (51a, 52a) des besagten Spenders (3a) positioniert ist;
    • wenigstens ein Paar seitlicher Komponenten für den Leimauftrag auf den Rand des ersten und des letzten Blatts, in der Nähe des Rückens des durchlaufenden Blocks, wobei die besagten seitlichen Komponenten für den Auftrag an einen Spender (3b) angeschlossen und zwischen den Führungen (51b, 52b), als Fortsetzung der Führungen (51b, 52b) oder auf den Führungen (51b, 52b) des besagten Spenders (3b) positioniert sind.
  8. Leimapplikator gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Komponente für den Leimauftrag auf den Blockrücken aus einem Schlitz oder Öffnung (31a) im oberen Teil des Spenders (3a) selbst besteht.
  9. Leimapplikator gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der besagten Komponenten für den Leimauftrag auf den Rand des ersten und des letzten Blatts in der Nähe des Rückens des Blocks aus einer Reihe von Löchern oder Öffnungen (32b) an der Oberfläche jeder Führung (51b, 52b) besteht, die zur entgegengesetzten Führung (52b, 51b) gerichtet ist und mit dem Inneren des besagten Spenders (3b) kommuniziert.
  10. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Tank nahegelegensten Führungen (51a, 51b) feststehend sind, und die vom Tank weiter entfernten Führungen (52a, 52b) verstellbar sind.
  11. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Versorgungs-/Absperrmechanismus für den Leim jedes Spenders (3a, 3b) einen Verschluss oder eine zylindrische Leitung innerhalb des entsprechenden Spenders (3a, 3b) umfasst, der/die drehbar ist und am inneren Abschnitt der Schlitze oder Löcher (31a, 32b) des Spenders (3a, 3b) anliegt, und wobei die Wand des besagten Verschlusses Löcher oder Schlitze aufweist, deren Form, Größe und Position den besagten Löchern oder Schlitzen (31a, 32b) des entsprechenden Spenders (3a, 3b) entsprechen und wobei die Drehung des besagten Verschlusses die Löcher oder Schlitze des Verschlusses auf die Bohrungen oder Schlitze des Spenders (3a, 3b) ausrichtet oder ihnen bezüglich versetzt, so dass der Durchfluss des Leims durch die Bohrungen oder Schlitze des Spenders (3a, 3b) ermöglicht oder verhindert wird.
  12. Leimapplikator gemäß den vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens einen Mechanismus für die partielle Ansaugung des in den Zuleitungen (3a, 3b) und in den Verschlüssen enthaltenen Leims erlaubt, so dass ein sehr präziser Beginn des Durchflusses erreicht wird sowie eine exakte Unterbrechung der Leimextrusion in Entsprechung des Auftragsbereichs des Leims selbst.
