  • the assembly of the assembly consisting of the cap 46 and the plate 66 on the body 42 is made by elastic engagement. For this, a circular rib 68 integral with the plate 66 engages a complementary groove 69, integral with the body 42.
  • the resilient protuberances 64 are slightly compressed in order to resume the functional clearances and to maintain the lens 44 in a stable position in the head 16 without additional fixation.
  • the assembly is thus easy.
  • the shocks transmitted from the cap 46 to the light source are attenuated by the presence of the elastomeric protuberances and the clearance between the diode 30 and the recess 45 of the lens.

  • the hook 126 is mounted in a yoke constituted respectively of flanges 132 and 134 of the respective hulls 13 and 14, pivotally about a pin 130 whose ends are embedded in said flanges.
  • a biasing means 136 biases the hook 126, and tends to bring the free end 120 of the hook 126 of the feed box 12 together.
  • the helical portion 137 of the pin spring 136 is wound coaxially on the trunnion 130 and inside the C-shaped hook 126.
  • the respective free strands 138 and 140 ( Figure 7) of the pin spring 136 are respectively supported on an inner surface 141 of the hook 126 and on a surface 142 bottom of the screed consisting of wings 132 and 134.
  • the pivot end 128 of the hook 126 is extended beyond the trunnion 130 by a manipulating trigger 150 formed integrally with the hook 126.
  • This arrangement facilitates the activation of the movement of the hook 126 by the action of a force on the trigger 150 according to the arrow F shown in FIG. 7 and in contact with the spring 136. Indeed, a pressure on the trigger 150 tending to introduce the latter towards the inside of the casing 12, removes the free end 120 from the hook 126 of the supply box 12 so that the hook 126 no longer surrounds the lighting head 16. Thus, the latter can easily be released from the recess 22 of the housing 12 by rotation of the arm 18 around the YY axis.
  • the hook 126 comprising an arcuate shape whose concavity is turned towards the feed casing, it is possible, by manipulation of the trigger 150, to position an external support 122 flat (Figure 12) between the hook 126 and the housing 12 and thus to maintain fixed the housing 12 on the support 122 flat by pinching, thanks to the presence of the spring 136.
  • the hook 126 is also possible to use the hook 126 as a suspension element, in a conventional manner.
  • the trigger 150 is actuated against the spring 136, and the hook 126 is positioned around an outer pin 123 ( Figure 13) of small size in cross section.
  • the lighting head 16 is then not necessarily distant from the housing 12, the pin being wedged between the lighting head 16 and the hook 126.
  • the recess 22 for receiving the lighting head 16 surrounds and partially protects said head from possible shocks.
  • the recess 22 is not mandatory to implement the invention.
  • the portable lighting device is versatile in its use, and compact.
  • the ratios of mass and dimensions between the various components of the device are such that the stability of the latter is improved regardless of the configuration of use.
  • the lighting device according to the invention has various attachment modes.
