Claims (12)

  1. Appareil de stockage destiné au stockage de biens nécessitant une réfrigération, comprenant :
    au moins une étagère (2) destinée à porter des biens nécessitant une réfrigération, l'étagère étant conçue pour une fixation dans une vitrine (13) définissant un espace de présentation (15),
    l'étagère (2) étant conçue pour communiquer avec au moins une des sorties d'air (14) d'un panneau arrière de la vitrine pour recevoir un flux d'air de refroidissement (21) et caractérisé par
    au moins une plaque (22, 23) montée sur l'étagère (2) dans une partie de l'étagère où l'étagère vient en butée contre le panneau arrière (7) de la vitrine, l'au moins une plaque étant conçue pour couvrir au moins une des sorties d'air (14) du panneau arrière.
  2. Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins une étagère (2) comprend une chambre creuse (24) pour recevoir le flux d'air de refroidissement depuis le panneau arrière.
  3. Appareil de stockage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'au moins une étagère (2) est conçue pour faire varier une inclinaison (α) de l'étagère correspondante par rapport au panneau arrière (7) de la vitrine.
  4. Appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'au moins une plaque (22, 23) est à même d'être mobile dans une direction (32) le long de l'étagère et/ou à même d'être pivotée de manière réglable par rapport à l'étagère.
  5. Armoire réfrigérante (1) comprenant :
    une vitrine (13) définissant un espace de présentation (15),
    un appareil de stockage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'au moins une étagère (2) est disposée dans la vitrine pour porter des biens nécessitant une réfrigération, et
    le panneau arrière (7) adjacent à une conduite (4) servant à conduire l'air de refroidissement (40) le long du panneau arrière et comportant une pluralité de sorties d'air (14) vers l'espace de présentation.
  6. Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 5, comprenant
    au moins deux étagères (2) disposées dans la vitrine, chacune servant à porter des biens nécessitant une réfrigération,
    les étagères (2) étant chacune conçues pour communiquer avec au moins une des sorties d'air (14) du panneau arrière pour recevoir un écoulement correspondant d'air de refroidissement (21),
    chacune des étagères comportant au moins une plaque (22, 23) montée à l'étagère correspondante dans une partie de l'étagère où l'étagère vient en butée contre le panneau arrière (7) de la vitrine, chaque plaque étant conçue pour couvrir au moins une des sorties d'air (14) du panneau arrière,
    les plaques adjacentes (22, 23) des différentes étagères se recouvrant mutuellement.
  7. Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle l'au moins une plaque (22, 23) est à même d'être mobile dans une direction (32) le long de l'étagère et/ou à même de pivoter de manière réglable par rapport à l'étagère.
  8. Armoire réfrigérante selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, dans laquelle l'au moins une étagère (2) comprend une chambre creuse (24) pour recevoir l'écoulement d'air de refroidissement depuis le panneau arrière.
  9. Armoire réfrigérante selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, dans laquelle l'armoire est dotée de moyens de fixation (9) servant à fixer l'au moins une étagère (2), le moyen de fixation étant conçu pour fixer de manière réglable l'au moins une étagère.
  10. Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle les moyens de fixation (9) comprennent une pluralité d'ouvertures (91) qui sont conçues pour recevoir une patte de fixation (92) de l'étagère correspondante.
  11. Armoire réfrigérante selon l'une des revendications 5 à 10, dans laquelle l'au moins une étagère (2) est disposée pour faire varier une inclinaison (α) de l'étagère correspondante par rapport au panneau arrière (7) de la vitrine.
  12. Armoire réfrigérante selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle l'inclinaison (α) de l'étagère respective est réglable dans un intervalle compris entre 90° et 110° par rapport à une partie du panneau arrière disposé au-dessus de l'étagère correspondante.
