Claims (12)

  1. Lock fitting between a casement and a rigid frame(29) of a window, a door or similar, in which the casement and the frame (29) are positioned opposite each other with rabbet surfaces (31) with locking elements in the form of a locking projection (28) and of a closing part (1) one of which is attached to the rigid frame (20) and the other to the casement and which are movable in relation to each other and can be interlocked with each other, whereby the locking projection (28) and the closing part (1) interlock with each other in the interlocking position along the rabbet and vertically to the extending engaging surfaces (8) of the rabbet surfaces (31), whereby the closing part (1) has a main body (2) and a upper section (3) that overlaps this characterized in that main body (2) and upper section (3) are interlockingly joined to each other and the main body (2) encompasses the upper section (3) at least transversely to the direction of the rabbet surfaces (31).
  2. Lock fitting as per Claim 1 characterized in that the main body (2) has a lengthways symmetrical form and has a central through-hole (19) for a fixing screw (40) and that the upper section (3) overlaps the main body (2) interlockingly engaging U-shaped in the area of the through-hole (19).
  3. Lock fitting as per Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper section (3) is basically L-shaped.
  4. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the main body (2) and the upper section (3) are aligned with the engaging surface (8).
  5. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the main body (3) has engaging bars or clamping projections (39), which interact by clamping or engaging with walls of the grove (37, 38) that run along the rabbet surfaces (31).
  6. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 5 , characterized in that the main body (2) and the upper section (19) have a thickening (10) in the area of the though-hole (19).
  7. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the main body (2) has a bottom-side clearance in the area of the though-hole (19)
  8. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the main body (2) is composed of a single plastic moulding.
  9. Lock fitting as per Claim 1 characterized in that the upper section (3) has an opening (46), which is proved to accommodate a mounting part (47), which overlaps the overlaps the upper section (3) and engages in the main body (2).
  10. Lock fitting as per Claim 3, characterized in that the mounting part (47) has an end that is at least aligned with the edge of the opening (46).
  11. Lock fitting as per one of the Claims 9 and 10, characterized in that the locking projection (28) is in the form of a mushroom-head trunnion, which has a widened end (34) towards a shank (34), whereby the widened end (33) engages with the upper section (3) at least in some places and is supported by the main body whereby the main body (2) springs back against the upper section (3) in the area of the closing surface().
  12. Set of fitting parts for a lock fitting as per one of the Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that each main body (2) and each upper section (3) is in a lengthways symmetrical form and has in the centre a through-hole (19) for a fixing screw (40), that each upper section (3) overlaps in a U-shape the respective main body (2) in the area of the though-hole (19) and engages here and that each main body (2) and/or each upper section (3) is adaptable to the shape and/or dimensions of the locking projection (28).
