Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollendruckmaschine, mit mindestens einem Druckwerk, wobei das oder jedes Druckwerk einen Formzylinder, einen Übertragungszylinder (10), ein Farbwerk und vorzugsweise ein Feuchtwerk aufweist, wobei dem Übertragungszylinder ein Übertragungssystem und dem Formzylinder ein Druckformsystem zugeordnet ist, und wobei das dem Übertragungszylinder (10) zugeordnete Übertragungssystem (11) und/oder das dem Formzylinder zugeordnete Druckformsystem in Axialrichtung des jeweiligen Zylinders derart mehrteilig ausgebildet ist, dass das Übertragungssystem (11) mehrere in Axialrichtung auf dem Übertragungszylinder positionierte Gummisleeves (13, 14) und/oder das Druckformsystem mehrere in Axialrichtung auf dem Formzylinder positionierte Formsleeves aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß weist der Übertragungszylinder (10) mindestens drei unabhängige Druckluftsysteme (19, 20, 21) und/oder der Formzylinder mindestens drei unabhängige Druckluftsysteme auf, um die Sleeves, nämlich die Gummisleeves (13, 14) und/oder die Druckformsleeves, auf dem jeweiligen Zylinder, nämlich auf dem Übertragungszylinder und/oder dem Formzylinder, zu montieren bzw. zu demontieren.
