Claims (9)
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux (11) qui présente :une chaise de rouleaux supérieure (13) avec une pluralité de cylindres de dressage supérieurs (17), une chaise de rouleaux inférieure (15) avec une pluralité de cylindres de dressage inférieurs (19), au moins quelques-uns des cylindres de dressage supérieurs/inférieurs (17, 19) étant entraînés, l'entraînement s'effectuant alors par l'intermédiaire d'arbres de transmission (23, 25 ; 23', 25'), qui sont assemblés sur l'une de leurs extrémités avec le cylindre de dressage correspondant et peuvent être assemblés sur leur autre extrémité, au moyen d'accouplements amovibles (33, 31), avec une première transmission de prise de force (35), un dispositif de commande (37) étant alors prévu pour l'entraînement de la première transmission de prise de force (35), les cylindres de dressage supérieurs et inférieurs (17, 19) formant un agencement de cylindres de dressage, qui sont disposés dans une cassette interchangeable (16, 16') avec leurs arbres de transmission et peuvent être échangés au moyen de cette dernière, la machine de dressage comprenant au moins une seconde transmission de prise de force (65) supplémentaire, qui peut être raccordée aux arbres de transmission (23', 25') de la cassette interchangeable (16, 16') au lieu de la première transmission de prise de force (35),caractérisée en ce que la seconde transmission de prise de force (65) peut être amenées d'une position de repos dans une position de travail, et inversement, par déplacement transversal à la direction axiale des cylindres de dressage, la seconde transmission de prise de force (65) étant disposée sur un chariot à mouvements croisés (53), qui peut être déplacé aussi bien transversalement à la direction axiale des arbres de transmission que dans la direction axiale.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première transmission de prise de force (35), raccordable aux arbres de transmission (23, 25) de la cassette interchangeable (16), peut être amenée d'une position de repos dans une position de travail, et inversement, par déplacement transversal à la direction axiale des cylindres de dressage.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la première transmission de prise de force (35) est disposée sur un chariot à mouvements croisés (53), qui peut être déplacé aussi bien transversalement à la direction axiale des arbres de transmission que dans la direction axiale.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de la première et/ou de la seconde transmission de prise de force (35, 65) s'effectue dans la direction horizontale.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de la première et/ou de la seconde transmission de prise de force (35, 65) s'effectue dans la direction verticale.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement de la première ou de la seconde transmission de prise de force (35, 65) au moteur de commande (37) s'effectue par déplacement supplémentaire dans la direction axiale des arbres de transmission ou des cylindres de dressage.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le moteur de commande (37) est disposé sur un chariot et est mobile dans la direction axiale des cylindres de dressage.
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un accouplement d'arbres séparé est prévu pour l'accouplement du moteur de commande (37) avec la seconde transmission de prise de force (65).
- Machine de dressage à rouleaux suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque transmission de prise de force (35, 65) présente un moteur de commande propre accouplé fixement.
