Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de serrage de rouleau pour un rouleau (17) d'un support à imprimer dans une imprimante, présentant un axe de support (1) pouvant être fixé de manière solidaire en rotation sur un boîtier de support de rouleau (18) et un manchon (2) enveloppant au moins en partie l'axe de support (1), un dispositif de précontrainte étant disposé entre l'axe de support (1) et le manchon (2), lequel est fixé sur l'axe de support (1) et sur le manchon (2) de telle sorte que le manchon (2) puisse tourner autour d'un axe longitudinal de l'axe de support (1) suivant un angle (α), la surface d'enveloppe extérieure (16) du manchon (2) étant réalisée sous forme de surface de friction et étant connectée par engagement par friction à une surface d'enveloppe intérieure du rouleau (17), caractérisé en ce qu'un coefficient de friction entre la surface d'enveloppe (16) du manchon (2) et la surface d'enveloppe intérieure du rouleau (17) est réalisé de telle sorte que la connexion par engagement par friction entre le rouleau (17) et le manchon (2) soit supprimée à partir du dépassement d'une force de rappel du ressort de serrage (3) agissant entre le rouleau (17) et le manchon (2), de sorte que la surface d'enveloppe intérieure du rouleau (17) glisse sur le côté extérieur de la surface d'enveloppe (16) du manchon (2).

Procédé pour serrer un rouleau (17) d'un support à imprimer dans une imprimante comprenant un dispositif de serrage de rouleau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 2, dans lequel le rouleau (17) présente un noyau de rouleau dans lequel le manchon (2) du dispositif de serrage de rouleau est enfoncé, caractérisé en ce que le procédé présente les étapes suivantes :
    - entraînement du rouleau (17) sur le manchon (2) par application d'une force extérieure sur le rouleau (17), le manchon (2) tournant avec le rouleau (17) et le ressort de serrage (3) étant ainsi serré simultanément,
    - poursuite de la rotation du rouleau (17) par application de la force extérieure sur le rouleau (17), le noyau de rouleau glissant sur la surface extérieure d'enveloppe (16) du manchon (2), après que le ressort de serrage (3) a été serré au maximum,
    - désengagement de l'application de la force extérieure sur le rouleau (17),
    - rotation du rouleau (17) dans une direction opposée à la force d'entraînement suivant un angle (α) par application de la force de rappel du ressort de serrage (3) sur le manchon (2), le manchon (2) tournant avec le rouleau (17).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support à imprimer est du papier.
