Anders als im Stand der Technik ist die Spannschelle nicht als Teil der Schutzhaube ausgebildet, beispielsweise als Bestandteil des Schutzhaubenhalses, der im Stand der Technik im Regelfall als in seinem Durchmesser vergrößer- und verkleinerbarer, offener und über eine Spannvorrichtung der Spannschelle schließbarer Ring ausgebildet ist (etwa eine Schraube oder einen Hebel). Dabei ist eine Profilierung vorgesehen, die an der Spannschelle und, hierzu korrespondierend, an dem Schutzhaubenhals, oder an dem Schutzhaubenhals und an dem Maschinenhals oder an dem Schutzhaubenhals und an der Spannschelle und an dem Maschinenhals ausgebildet oder angeordnet sein kann. Der Schutzhaubenhals 7 ist als Schutzhaubenhalbring 12 ausgebildet, der auf der umlaufenden Gegenprofilierung 24 des Maschinenhalses 22 eine im Vollkreis verlaufende Verstellung der Schutzhaube 1 auf dem Maschinenhals relativ zum Maschinenhals 22 und zur Getriebeabdeckplatte 23 zulässt. Der Schutzhaubenhals 22 wird von einer Spannschelle 29 umgriffen, die als offener Spannring 30 ausgebildet ist. Der offene Spannring 30 wird hierbei durch Spannmittel 31 die hier lediglich symbolisch dargestellt sind und jede aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Form der Spannmittel aufweisen können, in seinem Umfang vergrößert, um den Schutzhaubenhals 7 aus dem Eingriff von Profilierung 15 und Gegenprofilierung 24 lösen und die Schutzhaube vom Maschinenhals 22 abnehmen zu können, beziehungsweise verkleinert, um den Schutzhaubenhals 7 mit der Profilierung 15 formschlüssig in die Gegenprofilierung 24 zu drücken und darüber hinaus zwischen der Spannschelle 29 und dem Schutzhaubenhals 7 sowie dem Maschinenhals 22 einen Kraftschluss/Reibschluss zu bewirken. Die Spannschelle 29 weist zwei an ihr angeordnete Befestigungslappen 32 auf, die an dem der Getriebeabdeckplatte 23 mittels einer Verschraubung 33, die auch die Verschraubung der Getriebeabdeckplatte 23 mit dem nicht dargestellten Maschinengehäuse sein kann, gehalten sind. Die Befestigungslappen 32 dienen hierbei auch als Drehausrichtmittel der Spannschelle 29 relativ zur Getriebeabdeckplatte 23. Die Darstellung der Getriebeabdeckplatte 23 erfolgte lediglich exemplarisch; es ist auch möglich, den Maschinenhals direkt an einem Getriebegehäuse oder an einem anderen Teil des Gehäuses der Handwerkzeugmaschine auszubilden, sofern die notwendige Lage relativ zu dem Rotationswerkzeug beziehungsweise dessen Antriebsspindel, die hier nicht dargestellt sind, gesichert ist. Der Schutzhaubenhals 7 wird umgriffen von der Spannschelle 29, die eine der Schutzhaubenhalsaußenprofilierung 39 entsprechende Spannschellenprofilierung 40 aufweist. Zusätzlich weist die Spannschelle 29 das hier nur symbolisch dargestellte Spannmittel 31 auf. Dem Spannmittel 31 gegenüberliegend ist auf die Spannschelle 29 zur Formstabilisierung und Verstärkung der Spannschelle 22 ein Spannschellenverstärkungselement 41 aufgebracht, das als Teilring 42 ausgebildet und mit der Spannschelle 29 fest verbunden, beispielsweise verschweißt ist. Die Spannschelle 29 wird weiter über Befestigungslappen 32 an der Getriebeandeckplatte 23 gehalten, wobei die Befestigungslappen 32 über Verschraubungen 33 gehalten werden, die überdies der Fixierung der Getriebeabdeckplatte 23 in einem Maschinengehäuse 43 einer Handwerkzeugmaschine 44, nämlich eines Winkelschleifers 45, befestigt ist. Claims (15)

  1. Portable electric power tool (44) for a rotating, preferably disc-shaped, tool, comprising a machine housing (43) which has a machine neck (22), to which a protective hood (1) for at least partly covering the tool is detachably fastened, wherein the protective hood (1) has a protective hood neck (7), and a clamp (29) is provided for the detachable fastening, and wherein, to form an anti-rotation locking means (48) acting between machine neck (22) and protective hood (1), respective profiling (15) is arranged or formed on the clamp (29) and on the protective hood neck (7) or on the protective hood neck (7) and on the machine neck (22) or on the protective hood neck (7) and on the clamp (29) and on the machine neck (22), characterized in that the clamp (29) is designed as a separate component and is fastened to the machine housing (43).
  2. Portable electric power tool according to Claim 1, characterized in that the machine neck (22) runs concentrically to the protective hood neck (7).
  3. Portable electric power tool according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protective hood neck (7) is enclosed by the clamp (29).
  4. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the machine neck (22) and/or the protective hood neck (7) has a compensating element, in particular a ring made of elastic material, in particular rubber, in order to compensate for tolerances between protective hood neck (7) and machine neck (22).
  5. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protective hood neck (7) encloses or partly encloses the machine neck (22).
  6. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protective hood neck (7) is designed as a ring element (47) or as a ring-segment element (46).
  7. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamp (29) has a clamping device which decreases in its diameter during the clamping.
  8. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the anti-rotation locking means (48) via the profiling (15) is formed as an adjustable device for rotating the protective hood (1) relative to the machine neck (22).
  9. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamp (29) has at least one fastening tab (32) which preferably runs radially and serves for fastening to the machine housing (43).
  10. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a locking groove (26) which extends around at least part of the circumference is formed on the machine neck (22) and interacts with at least one groove engagement element (28) formed or arranged on the protective hood neck (7) for forming a captive locking means (34) of the protective hood (1).
  11. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the groove has a groove entry (27).
  12. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the groove engagement element (28) has a lug or lugs.
  13. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clamp (29) has a clamping-collar reinforcing element (41) designed in particular as a sectional ring (42).
  14. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the profiling (15) consists of a succession of circumferential prominences (16) and circumferential recesses (17).
  15. Portable electric power tool according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the profiling (15) is designed as a wave profile (18).
