Definitions
- the invention relates to a valve arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a valve assembly of this kind is for example from the EP-A-0 811 729 have become known to the applicant.
- the closing valve is here a pneumatic or electromagnetically operable valve. This is arranged with the throttle valve in a common housing. In addition, there is a sieve in this housing.
- valve housing has a closable with a valve cover opening and that the valve cover and the strainer cover disposed on a front side of the valve housing and the screen housing are.
- the US-A-2,257,134 discloses a flushing device comprising in a line arrangement a throttle valve connected to a supply line and a closing valve connected to an outlet connection.
- the line arrangement is covered with a housing.
- the US-A-2006/0179560 discloses a flushing device with a mounting box, in which a non-return valve connected to a supply line and a closing valve connected to a discharge nozzle are arranged.
- the invention has for its object to provide a valve assembly of the type mentioned, which allows even easier accessibility, in particular to the screen and easier handling during installation and installation.
- valve arrangement according to claim 1 for a revision or for an exchange of the outlet pipe part and the closing valve, the latter can be lifted out of the installation box comparatively easily and then reused. After closing the throttle valve here only the connection between the connecting pipe part and the outlet pipe part has to be solved. The outlet pipe part can then be lifted out of the installation box with the closing valve. These are then easily accessible for cleaning and revision and can then easily be used or replaced again.
- the outlet pipe part is locked to the connection pipe part.
- Such a lock allows a non-positive fixed yet releasable connection of the two pipe parts together.
- the outlet pipe part is inserted from below tight in the connection pipe part. To release the outlet pipe part is moved down and can be lifted out of the installation box after tilting.
- a particularly safe disassembly is ensured because according to the invention, a blocking element is mounted on the connection pipe part, which in the throttle valve is open, a release of the outlet pipe part of the connection pipe part prevents and that is movable with the throttle valve in a releasing position.
- the blocking element thus prevents the outlet pipe part can be separated from the connecting pipe part with the throttle valve open. This can be reliably prevented that splashes when releasing the outlet pipe part of water from the valve assembly.
- Unlocking is particularly simple if, according to a development of the invention, the blocking element in the blocking position locks a retaining element which locks the outlet pipe part with the connection pipe part and which can be released in the releasing position of the blocking element from the connection pipe part and from the outlet pipe part.
- a sieve is removably inserted into the upper end of the outlet pipe part. When the outlet pipe part is lifted out, this sieve can be easily replaced or cleaned.
- the outlet nozzle is inserted into said lower opening of the installation box, in which the lower end of the outlet pipe part is inserted and tilted inserted. If the outlet pipe part is detached from the connection pipe part, then the outlet pipe part can be inclined and pulled out of the outlet connection piece. During installation, it is also very easy to insert the outlet pipe part at an angle into the outlet connection and then insert it into the installation box.
- the outlet pipe part is inserted from above into a seal of the outlet nozzle.
- the outlet nozzle is releasably connected to a mounting part according to a development of the invention with the mounting box.
- the connection is formed here according to a development of the invention as a bayonet connection. This allows a simple yet secure attachment of the outlet nozzle to the mounting box.
- valve assembly 1 has a mounting box 2, which is mounted in a niche, not shown here, for example via a urinal bowl.
- the mounting box 2 has a front opening 24 which is closed in a conventional manner with a bearing plate 25 and a cover plate 26.
- the bearing plate 25 and the cover plate 26 are formed here for a pneumatic actuator. In principle, however, would also be another operation, such as an electromagnetic actuation possible.
- a cutaway protection 27 is used, which is cut to length after assembly.
- the cover plate 26 is then different from the FIG. 2 before the protection of the building 27.
- a housing G is arranged, which is connected at an upper end by means of a knurled nut 5 with a connecting piece 4, which protrudes through an opening 21 from the mounting box 2.
- a protective sponge 28 may be placed on the connection piece 4.
- the housing G has a water channel W, which leads from a passage 3 of the connection piece 4 into a passage 8 of a connection pipe part 6.
- a throttle valve 7 protrudes into the FIG. 10 is shown.
- the FIG. 2 also shows a section through this throttle valve 7. When the throttle valve 7 is closed, the passage 8 is shut off.
- the water channel W leads after the passage in an outlet pipe part 14, in which from above a sieve 9 is inserted, which serves as a filter for the retention of particles.
- a valve 10 is used, which is a closing valve with a closure body 12 which cooperates with a valve seat 13.
- the valve 10 is a known diaphragm valve, which is controlled by an auxiliary valve 11.
- the control can be pneumatic or, for example, electromagnetic.
- a passage 46 leads to an orifice 17, which projects into a passage 20 of an outlet spigot 18.
- This outlet nozzle 18 is releasably connected to a lid 15 with the mounting box 2.
- a seal 16 is inserted, in which the lower end or the mouth 17 of the outlet pipe part 14 protrudes.
- the seal 16 is fixed to the lid 15.
- the connection of the lid 15 with the mounting box 2 is in particular and preferably a bayonet connection.
- the throttle valve 7 When the throttle valve 7 is opened can thus be triggered by actuation of the valve 10, a purge.
- the rinse water then flows from the connecting piece 4 through the valve 10 and finally through the mouth 17 in the outlet spigot 18. From there, the water flows, for example via a flushing pipe into the urinal or another sanitary article.
- the purge is interrupted by closing the valve 10.
- the throttle valve 7 has according FIG. 10 a housing 47 in which a throttle screw 33 is mounted. This can be rotated through an opening 49 of a locking disc 29 and thus the in FIG. 2 shown closure body 48 are moved to lock or unlock.
- the locking disc 29 is pivotable about a pivot bearing 45, wherein in the in FIG. 10 shown position the locking disc 29 covers a holder 30 and thus fixed on the housing 47.
- bracket 30 two brackets 31 are attached, which according to FIG. 2 each engage with a front end in a recess 32 of the outlet pipe part 14.
- the holder 30 connects with these two brackets 31 the connection pipe part 6 with the outlet pipe part 14. If the throttle valve 7 is opened, then the throttle screw 33 projects into the opening 49.
- the Locking disc 29 is thus locked and can not be pivoted about the pivot bearing 45. Accordingly, when the throttle valve 7 is open, the holder 30 can not be removed from the housing 47 and thus the outlet pipe part 14 can be removed from the connection pipe part 6. If, however, the throttle valve 7 is closed, the throttle screw 33 does not protrude into the opening 49 and, accordingly, the locking disc 29 can be pivoted so that it finally does not cover the holder 30. When pivoted locking disc 29 then the holder 30 can be removed with the bracket 31 and thus the locking of the outlet pipe part 14 are repealed. The outlet pipe part 14 can now be removed for revision or replacement, as described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 9 is explained in more detail.
- FIG. 3 shows the locking disc 29 after pivoting in the direction of the arrow 34 about the pivot bearing 45.
- the holder 30 is thus free and can according to FIG. 4 be pulled in the direction of arrow 36 with the bracket 31 from the housing 37 of the throttle valve 7.
- the outlet pipe part 14 can now according to FIG. 5 with a screwdriver 37 according to arrow 38 moves down and according to FIG. 6 tilted forward in the direction of arrow 35 and finally lifted out of the installation box 2 in the direction of the arrow 39 through the opening 24.
- the connection lines 41 are in this case pneumatic lines. In the case of an electromagnetic valve, these are correspondingly replaced by cables.
- the removed outlet pipe part 14 can now be revised, for example according to FIG. 7 lubricated with a lubricant 42. It is also possible here to clean or replace the screen 9. Finally, it is of course also possible to replace the entire outlet pipe part 14.
- the outlet pipe part 14 is in the inclined position according to FIG. 8 in the direction of arrow 43 again inserted through the opening 24 in the mounting box 2. According to FIG. 9 Finally, the outlet pipe part 14 is pushed in the direction of the arrow 44 upwards, so that it is connected to the upper end sealed to the connection pipe part 6. Now, the holder 30 is inserted and thus the connection pipe part 6 is locked to the outlet pipe part 14. The locking disc 29 is back in the FIG. 10 shown pivoted position. Through the opening 49 through the throttle screw 33 can now be rotated and thus the throttle valve 7 are opened. The throttle screw 33 is hereby rotated and protrudes with the throttle valve 7 open in the opening 49 and thus locks the locking disc 29, as already explained above.

The invention has for its object to provide a valve assembly of the type mentioned, which allows even easier accessibility, in particular to the screen and easier handling during installation and installation.
The object is achieved in a generic valve arrangement according to
According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the outlet pipe part is locked to the connection pipe part. Such a lock allows a non-positive fixed yet releasable connection of the two pipe parts together.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the outlet pipe part is inserted from below tight in the connection pipe part. To release the outlet pipe part is moved down and can be lifted out of the installation box after tilting.
A particularly safe disassembly is ensured because according to the invention, a blocking element is mounted on the connection pipe part, which in the throttle valve is open, a release of the outlet pipe part of the connection pipe part prevents and that is movable with the throttle valve in a releasing position. The blocking element thus prevents the outlet pipe part can be separated from the connecting pipe part with the throttle valve open. This can be reliably prevented that splashes when releasing the outlet pipe part of water from the valve assembly.
Unlocking is particularly simple if, according to a development of the invention, the blocking element in the blocking position locks a retaining element which locks the outlet pipe part with the connection pipe part and which can be released in the releasing position of the blocking element from the connection pipe part and from the outlet pipe part.
According to a development of the invention, a sieve is removably inserted into the upper end of the outlet pipe part. When the outlet pipe part is lifted out, this sieve can be easily replaced or cleaned.
According to a development of the invention, the outlet nozzle is inserted into said lower opening of the installation box, in which the lower end of the outlet pipe part is inserted and tilted inserted. If the outlet pipe part is detached from the connection pipe part, then the outlet pipe part can be inclined and pulled out of the outlet connection piece. During installation, it is also very easy to insert the outlet pipe part at an angle into the outlet connection and then insert it into the installation box.
It is particularly provided that the lower end of the outlet pipe part is inserted from above into a seal of the outlet nozzle. The outlet nozzle is releasably connected to a mounting part according to a development of the invention with the mounting box. The connection is formed here according to a development of the invention as a bayonet connection. This allows a simple yet secure attachment of the outlet nozzle to the mounting box.
