Claims (8)

  1. Mélanges d'arômes et/ou de parfums, comprenant
    (i) une ou plusieurs 4-alkyl(C8-C12)pyridines et
    (ii) un ou plusieurs autres arômes ou parfums,
    étant entendu que la quantité totale de 4-alkyl(C8-C12)pyridines contenues, par rapport au mélange total d'arômes ou de parfums, se situe dans la plage de 0,00001 à 0,0001 % en poids.
  2. Mélanges selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent en tant que composant (i) des 4-alkyl(C8-C12)-pyridines qui sont choisies dans le groupe qui est constitué par la 4-n-octylpyridine, la 4-n-nonylpyridine, la 4-n-décylpyridine, la 4-n-undécylpyridine, la 4-n-dodécylpyridine et des mélanges d'une ou de plusieurs de ces substances.
  3. Mélanges selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'ils contiennent en tant que 4-alkyl(C8-C12)pyridines de la 4-n-décylpyridine, en option avec une ou plusieurs autres alkyl(C8-C12)-pyridines.
  4. Utilisation de 4-n-octylpyridine
    (a) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine,
    (b) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine avec une note ozonique et/ou
    (c) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur de varech.
  5. Utilisation de 4-n-nonylpyridine
    (a) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine,
    (b) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine avec note secondaire d'odeur d'algue,
    (c) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine à aspects noisette, et/ou
    (d) pour l'augmentation de la diffusivité d'un mélange de parfums, de préférence d'un mélange de parfums à odeur marine.
  6. Utilisation de 4-n-décylpyridine
    (a) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine,
    (b) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine avec notes secondaires d'ozone, aspects diacétyle beurrés et/ou nuances de zeste d'orange, et/ou
    (c) pour l'augmentation de la diffusivité d'un mélange de parfums, de préférence d'un mélange de parfums à odeur marine.
  7. Utilisation de 4-n-undécylpyridine
    (a) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine,
    (b) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine avec note secondaire mandarine, avec note secondaire ozone et/ou note secondaire d'aldéhydes gras et/ou
    (c) pour l'augmentation de la diffusivité d'un mélange de parfums, de préférence d'un mélange de parfums à odeur marine.
  8. Utilisation de 4-n-dodécylpyridine
    (a) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine,
    (b) pour l'induction, l'accentuation ou la modification d'une odeur marine avec note secondaire de varech, aspects citronnés et/ou une note poudrée-de noix et/ou
    (c) pour l'augmentation de la diffusivité d'un mélange de parfums, de préférence d'un mélange de parfums à odeur marine.
