  • the circuit card or board, with the power supply and control circuit components, as well as the associated heat dissipator, is fixed to the operationally stationary structure of the motorized electrical apparatus and not to the electric motor as was the case in the apparatus according to the prior art. As a result, it is possible to achieve a substantial reduction in the vibrations.
  • a further advantage of the solution according to the invention consists in the fact that the main cover 3 which helps form the support housing of the apparatus ensures at the same time effective protection of the circuits mounted on the card or board 16, without the need for specific measures, such as resin-coating of said circuits, the use of seals, etc.

Claims (5)

  1. Ventilateur électrique motorisé (1), comprenant
    un logement de support rigide (2, 3) qui définit à l'intérieur une chambre de travail (5),
    un moteur électrique (7), en particulier un moteur sans balais (7), agencé à l'intérieur du logement (2, 3) et relié à ce dernier par des moyens amortisseurs de vibrations (11), pour actionner un dispositif opérationnel qui s'étend à l'intérieur de la chambre de travail (5), et
    des moyens de circuit d'alimentation et de commande (17, 18) associés et reliés au moteur (7) et montés, conjointement à des moyens de dissipation de chaleur (20) associés, sur au moins une carte ou plaque de support (16) qui est fixée au logement de support (2, 3) ;
    dans lequel le logement de support comprend un corps creux (2), définissant à l'intérieur ladite chambre de travail (5), et un couvercle principal (3) fixé audit corps (2) ; ladite au moins une carte ou plaque (16) supportant le moyen de circuit (17, 18) étant fixée audit couvercle principal (3) ;
    le ventilateur électrique étant caractérisé en ce que le moteur (7) a une pluralité de bornes (14) faisant face à une ouverture (15) dudit couvercle principal (3) et qui sont reliées à des bornes d'interconnexion électrique (29 ; 129) montées sur le couvercle principal (3) via des conducteurs de connexion flexibles (30) ; lesdites bornes d'interconnexion (29 ; 129) du couvercle principal (3) étant reliées aux moyens de circuit d'alimentation et de commande (17, 18) montés sur ladite carte ou plaque de support (16) ;
    lesdites bornes d'interconnexion (29 ; 129) dépassant du couvercle principal (3) au niveau de leur partie supérieure en vue d'une connexion aux bornes (14) du moteur électrique (7) et dépassant de ce couvercle principal (3) au niveau de leur partie inférieure en vue d'une connexion auxdits moyens de circuit d'alimentation et de commande (16-18).
  2. Ventilateur électrique motorisé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moteur (7) a une partie fixe en fonctionnement (8) ayant, s'étendant à partir de celle-ci, une pluralité de bras radiaux (9) dont les extrémités (10) sont maintenues entre le corps (2) et le couvercle principal (3), avec agencement entre ceux-ci de moyens amortisseurs de vibrations (11).
  3. Ventilateur électrique motorisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites bornes d'interconnexion (29) sont sous la forme de tiges plates.
  4. Ventilateur électrique motorisé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites bornes d'interconnexion (129) sont sensiblement sous la forme de tourelles, dont l'extrémité supérieure est conçue pour être reliée par élément de vis ou moyens similaires à un oeillet terminal (32) d'un conducteur flexible (30) en vue d'une connexion à une borne correspondante (14) du moteur électrique (7).
  5. Ventilateur électrique motorisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le couvercle principal (3) a, associé à celui-ci, un élément de couvercle supérieur (26) conçu pour recouvrir et fermer l'ouverture centrale susmentionnée (15) ainsi que les bornes d'interconnexion susmentionnées (29 ; 129) et les conducteurs qui relient ces dernières aux bornes (14) du moteur électrique (7).
