Claims (3)
- Appareil de commutation comprenant un déclencheur magnétique avec une culasse (50) qui présente une première portion en forme de U (51) avec une première branche (52) et une branche (53) s'étendant parallèlement à celle-ci, entre lesquelles sont disposés une bobine avec un enroulement de bobine, un induit (80) et un corps de bobine (57), l'induit (80) s'engageant à travers une ouverture (82), et comprenant un ressort de retenue (38) qui est raccordé à l'extrémité libre de l'induit (80) à l'extérieur de la première branche (52), l'ouverture (82) étant réalisée sous la forme d'un trou oblong (82) ouvert vers l'extrémité libre de la première branche (52), de telle sorte que la bobine puisse être introduite ou soit introduite dans le trou oblong (82) avec le corps de bobine (57) dans la direction de l'étendue longitudinale de la première branche (52) jusqu'à l'âme (67) reliant l'une à l'autre les deux branches (52, 53) de la forme en U, l'induit s'engageant à travers le trou oblong, caractérisé en ce que le corps de bobine (57) présente deux brides radiales (58, 59) dont la première bride (58) s'applique contre la surface interne de la deuxième branche (53) et en ce que dans la deuxième bride (59) sont prévues des cavités (70, 71) dans lesquelles s'engagent les dents (68, 69) limitant le trou oblong (82).
- Appareil de commutation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de l'induit (80) est étagé et présente une région (81) ayant un plus grand diamètre qui se trouve complètement dans le corps de bobine (57), et une région (60) de plus petit diamètre qui ressort de la première branche (52) et à l'extrémité de laquelle s'engage le ressort de retenue (38).
- Procédé de montage du déclencheur magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que tout d'abord le corps de bobine est bobiné avec une bobine, ensuite l'induit est introduit à l'intérieur du corps de bobine, en ce que le corps de bobine conjointement avec l'induit et la bobine est ensuite poussé sur la première branche de la culasse et en ce qu'ensuite le ressort de retenue est enfoncé pardessus l'induit et est fixé.
