Abstract
Die Kipphebelanordnung (1) einer Brennkraftmaschine hat einen Kippelhebel (2) und einen Lagerzapfen (4). Der Lagerzapfen (4) weist eine als Lauffläche (5) ausgebildete äußere Umfangsfläche auf und greift in eine mit einer Lagerschale (6) ausgekleidete Zentralbohrung (3) des Kipphebels (2) ein, so dass der Kipphebel (2) schwenkbar auf der Lauffläche (5) des Lagerzapfens (4) gelagert ist. Der Lagerzapfen (4) hat einen in seinem Inneren verlaufenden ersten Ölkanal (8, 9), der in mindestens einer unterhalb einer Mittenlängsachse (7) des Lagerzapfens (4) angeordneten Austrittsöffnung (10, 11) an der Lauffläche (5) mündet. Die fest mit dem Kipphebel (2) verbundene Lagerschale (6) hat eine hohlzylindrische Form mit einer Schalenaußenfläche (21) und einer Schaleninnenfläche (22). Eine untere Hälfte der Schaleninnenfläche (22) ist mit mindestens einer in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden und beidseitig unterhalb der Mittenlängsachse (7) endenden Innennut (23) versehen, die sich zumindest bis in einen Bereich erstreckt, in dem die Austrittsöffnung (10, 11) des ersten Ölkanals (8, 9) bei einer Grundstellung des Kipphebels (2) angeordnet ist. Die Schalenaußenfläche (21) ist mit mindestens einer in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden, sich bis zu einer Eintrittsöffnung (19, 20) eines im Kipphebel (2) verlaufenden zweiten Ölkanals (17, 18) erstreckenden Außennut (24, 25) versehen. Die Lagerschale (6) hat mindestens eine die Innennut (23) und die Außennut (24, 25) miteinander verbindende Durchgangsöffnung (26, 27). A lower half of the shell inner surface (22) is provided with at least one extending in the circumferential direction and on both sides below the central longitudinal axis (7) inner groove (23) extending at least into a region in which the outlet opening (10, 11) of the first Oil channel (8, 9) is arranged at a basic position of the rocker arm (2). The shell outer surface (21) is provided with at least one outer groove (24, 25) extending in the circumferential direction and extending up to an inlet opening (19, 20) of a second oil channel (17, 18) extending in the rocker arm (2). The bearing shell (6) has at least one through-hole (26, 27) interconnecting the inner groove (23) and the outer groove (24, 25).
