Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zarge für die Aufnahme einer Abdeckung, insbesondere eines Rostes einer Ablaufrinne, mit wenigstens einem ankerförmigen Element, durch das die Zarge in einem Bindemittel, insbesondere Beton, verankerbar ist, wobei das wenigstens eine ankerförmige Element lösbar an der Zarge befestigt ist.The invention relates to a frame for receiving a cover, in particular a grate of a gutter, with at least one anchor-shaped element, through which the frame in a binder, in particular concrete, is anchored, wherein the at least one anchor-shaped element is releasably secured to the frame.
Zargen sind vor allem aus dem Tür- und Fensterbau bekannt. Sie werden jedoch auch bei Ablaufrinnen, in Licht- oder Kanalschächten verwandt, die oberseitig abgedeckt werden, nämlich mittels geeigneter Abdeckungen, z.B. Rosten. Zur Befestigung dieser Abdeckungen an den Ablaufrinnen oder Schächten dienen Zargen. Die Schächte und Ablaufrinnen sind in der Regel aus Beton oder einem anderen vergleichbaren Bindemittel hergestellt oder mittels diesen sind einzelne Schachtelemente im Erdreich gegründet. Die Zargen weisen üblicherweise ein Winkelprofil und mehrere ankerförmige Elemente in Form von Zugankern auf, über die die Zargen in dem noch nicht abgebundenen Bindemittel verankert werden. Die Zuganker der bekannten Zarge sind jedoch relativ aufwendig herzustellende Formteile, insbesondere aus verzinktem Blech, die in entsprechend gestaltete Öffnungen der Zarge eingesetzt werden müssen. Diese bekannte Zarge bietet bereits den Vorteil, dass ein Transport von Zarge und Zugankern in nicht montiertem Zustand möglich ist, wodurch der Platzbedarf und damit die Transportkosten geringer sind als bei Zargen, an denen die Zuganker fest montiert sind, z.B. durch Verschweißen. Die erfindungsgemäße Zarge weist somit keine Zuganker aus aufwendigen Formteilen mehr auf, sondern es sind einfache stabförmige Elemente vorgesehen, die z.B. aus herkömmlichen Stäben aus Baustahl gebildet sind. Diese stabförmigen Elemente dienen dabei nicht als Zuganker und damit als Halterung der Zarge am mit der Zarge zu verbindenden Formteil, insbesondere Betonteil, sondern sie erfüllen die Funktion eines Armierungselementes für die Seitenwangen des Betonteiles der Ablaufrinne oder des Schachtes. Es hat sich nämlich herausgestellt, dass zur Befestigung der Zarge Zuganker nicht erforderlich sind, zur Verankerung der Zarge am Betonteil reichen die ohnehin in der Zarge vorgesehenen ausgestanzten Betonhäkchen aus. Durch den Entfall der Zuganker ist die Zarge herstellungstechnisch offensichtlich wesentlich vereinfacht, ohne auf die Vorteile der aus der
In besonders vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, dass das wenigstens eine ankerförmige Element von einem Rundstab gebildet ist.
