Dies zeigt auch die Figur 1 nochmals näher: So lässt sich der Figur 1 entnehmen, dass die Länge des Führerraumes 1 auf der rechten Seite um den Klappweg K geringer ist als die Länge des Führerraumes auf der linken Bildseite. Claims (11)

  1. Securing device (8) in particular for a railway vehicle, for securing a vehicle seat (6) on a vehicle floor (30), wherein the securing device comprises a vehicle seat (6) and a folding mechanism (9), which can be folded forwards and backwards and in the process moves the vehicle seat secured on the securing device forwards into a front end position and/or backwards into a rear end position,
    characterised in that
    the securing device comprises at least one spring (15), the spring force of which is dimensioned such that the folding mechanism is automatically folded forwards from the folded-back position if the vehicle seat is unoccupied.
  2. Securing device according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the spring is damped such that the folding-back of the folding mechanism from the folded-back position into the folded-forwards position lasts for at least a predetermined period of time.
  3. Securing device according to claim 2,
    characterised in that
    the attenuation of the spring is measured such that the period of time amounts to at least one second and preferably lies between one and two seconds.
  4. Securing device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    - the securing device has a locking device (16) with which the folding mechanism can lock in the folded-back position,
    - wherein the locking device is embodied such that it only remains locked while a foot element (26) of the locking device is pushed in the direction of the vehicle floor and otherwise is automatically unlocked.
  5. Securing device according to claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the locking device has a bolt (17) which can be pivoted about a pivot axle (18),
    - at which one end (25) the foot element is arranged indirectly or directly and
    - at which other end (35) a form-fit element (36) is arranged, which interacts with a counter form-fit element (40) of the folding mechanism and can lock the folding mechanism in the folded-back position.
  6. Securing device according to one of the preceding claims 4-5,
    characterised in that
    the locking device has a spring device (45) which exerts a spring force on the foot element indirectly or directly, by means of which the foot element pivots away from the vehicle floor and the locking device is unlocked, provided no adequate counter force is exerted on the foot element.
  7. Securing device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    - the folding mechanism comprises at least one front pivoted lever (10) and at least one rear pivoted lever (11) as well as an upper support (13) which can be indirectly or directly connected to the vehicle seat and a lower support (14) which can be indirectly or directly connected to the vehicle floor,
    - wherein the two pivoted levers are each secured with their one pivoted lever end to the upper support and with their other pivoted lever end to the lower support in each instance such that the two pivoted levers remain arranged parallel to one another in each folding position of the folding mechanism.
  8. Securing device according to claim 7,
    characterised in that
    the pivot axle (19) of the front pivoted lever and the pivot axle (18) of the pivotable bolt run in parallel to one another or are identical.
  9. Securing device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the counter form-fit element is arranged on the rear pivoted lever.
  10. Rail vehicle, in particular locomotive, having a vehicle seat and a securing device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the vehicle seat of the rail vehicle is mounted on the vehicle floor of the rail vehicle by means of the securing device.
  11. Rail vehicle according to claim 10,
    characterised in that
    - the vehicle seat is arranged in a cabin (1) of the rail vehicle such that in the position of the securing device folded forwards, the vehicle seat (6) neither blocks a door (4, 5) of the driver cabin nor obstructs a prespecified emergency exit (F) and
    - in the position of the securing device folded backwards, the vehicle seat either blocks a door of the driver cabin or at least partially obstructs the prespecified emergency exit.
