Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Bohren in Gesteinsmaterial, mit einer an einem hohlen, aus Bohrgestängeabschnitten zusammengesetzten Bohrgestänge angeordneten und den Durchmesser des Bohrgestänges mit ihrem Durchmesser übersteigenden Bohrkrone, wobei das Bohrgestänge von einem aus Hüllrohrabschnitten zusammengesetzten Hüllrohr umgeben ist, das zwischen dem Bohrgestänge und seiner Innenwand einen Hohlraum bildet und mit einen Durchtritt des abgebauten Bohrmaterials in das Innere des Hüllrohres ermöglichenden Durchtrittsöffnungen versehen ist.
- Eine Vorrichtung dieser Art ist beispielsweise bekannt aus der
WO 00/11302 AT 006969 U2 - Eine wesentliche Anforderung an eine Vorrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art ist die zuverlässige Spülmittel- bzw. Wasserabfuhr und auch eine zuverlässige Abfuhr des abgebauten Bohrmaterials, d.h. des Bohrldeins. Es kommt also darauf an, dass der Hohlraum zwischen Hüllrohr und Bohrgestänge einen genügend großen Querschnitt aufweist. Trotzdem kann es zu Ablagerungen des Bohrkleins und damit zu einem Verstopfen dieses Hohlraumes kommen, insbesondere dann, wenn die Abflussgeschwindigkeit des Spülmittels zu gering ist.
- Eine weitere Anforderung an eine Einrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art ist darin zu sehen, dass der Bohrlochdurchmesser aus Kostengründen möglichst gering sein soll, was konträr zur Forderung einer zuverlässigen Abfuhr des Bohrkleins steht.
- Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art die erwähnten Schwierigkeiten und Nachteile zu vermeiden und eine Konstruktion zu schaffen, mit der es möglich ist, trotz geringem Bohrlochdurchmesser eine zuverlässige Abfuhr des abgebauten Bohrmaterials zu ermöglichen und hierbei mit einem möglichst dünnwandigen und leichten Hüllrohr das Auslagen zu finden.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Hüllrohr mit zwei oder mehreren am Umfang verteilt angeordneten und gegen das Bohrgestänge gerichteten sowie sich über seine Länge erstreckenden Einziehungen versehen ist, wobei die Durchtrittsöffnungen im Bereich der Einziehungen vorgesehen sind.
- Durch die sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Einziehungen des Hüllrohrs bekommt das Hüllrohr eine besonders große Stabilität, sodass für das Hüllrohr mit einer geringen Wandstärke das Auslangen gefunden wird. Die Einziehungen bewirken jedoch zusätzlich noch eine gezielte Querschnittsverminderung für das abfließende Spülmittel beziehungsweise das Drainagewasser, wodurch es zu einer Erhöhung der Fließgeschwindigkeit und damit zu einem wesentlich effizienteren Ausbringen des abgebauten Bohrmaterials kommt.
- Zur Einhaltung einer zentralen Lage des Bohrgestänges im Hüllrohr sind die Hüllrohrabschnitte jeweils an einem Ende mit jeweils einer das Bohrgestänge zentrierenden Einrichtung, vorzugsweise einer Lagerhülse, versehen, wobei sich zweckmäßig die Einziehungen in radialer Richtung bis zu den zentrierenden Einrichtungen erstrecken und diese an den Einziehungen fixiert sind.
- Um einen guten Zutritt des abgebauten Bohrmaterials, insbesondere des Bohrmehls, zu den Durchtrittsöffnungen zu ermöglichen, sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen an dem dem Bohrgestänge nächstliegenden Grund der Einziehungen vorgesehen, wobei zweckmäßig eine Mehrzahl von Durchtrittsöffnungen in Längsrichtung des Hüllrohres hintereinander liegend angeordnet sind.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen als Längsschlitze ausgebildet, wobei vorzugsweise jeweils zwei Längsschlitze unter Bildung eines dünnen Zwischensteges nebeneinander liegend vorgesehen sind, welche Ausführungsform den Vorteil bietet, dass es beim Bohren, insbesondere beim Drehschlagbohren, zu einem Vibrieren der Zwischenstege kommt, sodass das Bohrklein besonders leicht durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen durchtritt und an diesen keinen Stau verursacht.
- Vorteilhaft ist endseitig eines Hüllrohrabschnittes eine Steckverbindung zum Anschluss eines weiteren Hüllrohrabschnittes vorgesehen, wobei die Steckverbindung am Hüllrohrabschnitt außenseitig im Bereich der Einziehung vorgesehen ist. Zweckmäßig ist die Steckverbindung einerseits von einer an einem Hüllrohrabschnitt vorgesehenen Hülse und andererseits von einem am benachbarten Hüllrohrabschnitt vorgesehenen, in die Hülse einsetzbaren Bolzen gebildet.
- Gemäß einer zweckmäßigen Ausführungsform ist der Außenumfang des Hüllrohres im Querschnitt kreisförmig und sind die Einziehungen im Querschnitt zumindest teilkreisförmig gestaltet.
- Eine weitere zweckmäßige Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenumfang des Hüllrohres im Querschnitt kreisförmig ist und die Einziehungen im Querschnitt V-förmig gestaltet sind.
- Vorteilhaft sind vier Einziehungen über den Umfang des Hüllrohres gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet, wobei zweckmäßig je Hüllrohrabschnitt zwei Steckverbindungen an einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Einziehungen vorgesehen sind.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist taglichtseitig bzw. luftseitig zumindest ein Hüllrohrabschnitt ohne Durchtrittsöffnungen vorgesehen. Um ein Austreten von Spülmittel bzw. Drainagewasser außerhalb des Hüllrohrs aus dem Bohrloch zu vermeiden, ist zweckmäßig zwischen der Bohrlochwand und dem Hüllrohr eine das Bohrloch dichtende Dichtmanschettte vorgesehen.
- Die Erfindung ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung an einigen Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Achslängsschnitt durch eine erfmdungsgemäße Vorrichtung, der gemäß der Linie I-I derFig. 2 , die eine Stirnansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles II derFig. 1 zeigt, geführt ist.Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in einem geschnitten dargestellten Bohrloch.Fig. 4 veranschaulicht in Schrägrissdarstellung Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung in Explosionsdarstellung. DieFig. 5a und 5b zeigen einen Querschnitt durch ein Hüllrohr in unterschiedlichen Lagen im Raum sowie den im Hüllrohr stattfindenden Spülmittelabfluss. DieFig. 6 und 7 zeigen ebenfalls Querschnitte durch ein Hüllrohr gemäß unterschiedlichen Asusführungsformen undFig. 8 zeigt einen Teil eines Hülkohrabschnittes mit einer Variation der Durchtrittsöffnungen. - Wie aus
Fig. 1 zu ersehen ist, trägt ein hohles Bohrgestänge 1, das als Schlagbohrgestänge ausgebildet ist, stirnseitig eine Bohrkrone 2, die mit Durchgangsöffnungen 3, die vom Hohlraum 4 des Bohrgestänges 1 ausgehen und außenseitig der Bohrkrone 2 enden, versehen ist, sodass durch den Hohlraum 4 des Bohrgestänges 1 zugeführtes Spülmittel 5 direkt aus der Bohrkrone 2 in das Bohrloch 6 austreten kann, wodurch nicht nur das abgebaute Bohrmaterial von der Bohrkrone 2 entfernt werden kann, sondern auch die Bohrkrone 2 selbst gekühlt wird. Das Bohrgestänge 1 ist aus einzelnen Bohrgestängeabschnitten 7 zusammengesetzt, die mittels Muffen 8 in Achsrichtung hintereinander liegend miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise durch zwischen den Enden der Bohrgestängeabschnitte 7 und den Muffen 8 vorgesehene Schraubgewinde 9. - Das Bohrgestänge 1 ist außenseitig von einem Hüllrohr 10 umgeben, das von Hüllrohrabschnitten 11, die in Achsrichtung hintereinander liegend vorgesehen sind, gebildet ist. Jeder Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 weist einen Kreisquerschnitt auf, der von Einziehungen 12, die etwa radial zur Mittelachse der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 gerichtet sind, unterbrochen ist. Diese Einziehungen 12 können, wie insbesondere die
Fig. 5, 6 und 7 zeigen, im Querschnitt halbkreis- oder dreiviertelkreisförmig oder auch V-förmig gestaltet sein. Selbstverständlich sind auch U-förmige Querschnitte oder auch andere funktionsgleiche Querschnitte für die Einziehungen 12 denkbar. Diese Einziehungen 12 reichen nicht ganz bis zur Außenseite des Bohrgestänges 1, sondern bis zu das Bohrgestänge 1 im Hüllrohr 10 zentrierenden Lagerhülsen 13, die mit jeweils einem Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 drehfest verbunden sind. - Die Längen der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 sind untereinander gleich, ebenso wie die Längen der Bohrgestängeabschnitte 7 untereinander gleich bemessen sind - mit Ausnahme des den Bohrkopf tragenden Bohrgestängeabschnittes, der zur Befestigung der Bohrkrone 2 über den ersten Hüllrohrabschnitt 11, das sogenannte Anfängerelement, hinausragt. Dieses Anfängerelement 11 weist an beiden Enden eine Lagerhülse 13 auf, die übrigen Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 jeweils nur am hinteren Ende. Bei Fortschritt des Bohrens ist jeweils ein Bohrgestängeabschnitt 7 und gleichzeitig ein Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 an die bereits im Bohrloch 6 befindliche Vorrichtung anzuschließen.
- Die die Bohrgestängeabschnitte 7 verbindenden Muffen 8 sind im Durchmesser etwas geringer bemessen als der Außerndurchmesser der Lagerhülsen 13, sodass zwischen jeder Muffe 8 und dem Hüllrohr 10 stets ein Spiel vorhanden ist und das Bohrgestänge 1 ausschließlich über die Lagerhülsen 13 gegenüber dem Hüllrohr 10 zentriert ist.
- Die Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 sind gegeneinander gegen Verdrehen gesichert, vorzugsweise mittels einer Steckverbindung 14. Diese ist gemäß einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform von einer an einem Ende eines Hüllrohrabschnittes 11 angeordneten Hülse 15 und von einem am Ende des benachbarten Hüllrohrabschnittes 11 angeordneten Bolzen 16, der in die Hülse 15 einsetzbar ist, gebildet. Dieser Bolzen 16 ist, wie aus
Fig. 1 zu ersehen ist, hohl ausgebildet. Die Steckverbindungen sind in den Einziehungen 12 untergebracht, sodass der kreisförmige Außenquerschnitt des Hüllrohres 10 nicht überragt wird. Zur eindeutigen Drehsicherung sind an jedem Ende der Hüllrohrabschnitte zwei Steckverbindungen vorgesehen, vorzugsweise diametral zur Längsachse des Bohrgestänges 1. Die hohle Ausbildungdes Bolzens ermöglicht den Durchtritt von Spülmittel bzw. Drainagewasser von einem Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 zum nächsten, sodass das Spülmittel längs mehrerer Hüllrohrabschnitte in den Einziehungen fließen kann. - Am Grund der Einziehungen 12, also in den Bereichen der Einziehungen 12, an denen diese achsnahe liegen, sind Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 vorgesehen, um das Bohrklein bzw. abgebaute Bohrmaterial - insbesondere das Bohrmehl - in das Innere des Hüllrohres 10, und zwar in den zwischen dem Hüllrohr 10 und dem Bohrgestänge 1 vorhandenen Hohlraum 18, eintreten zu lassen. Wie insbesondere
Fig. 4 zeigt, sind die Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 als Längsschlitze ausgebildet, wobei jeweils zwei dieser Längsschlitze 17 nebeneinander liegend unter Bildung eines dünnen Steges 19 vorgesehen sind. Beim Bohren, insbesondere beim Drehschlagbohren, kommt es zu einem Vibrieren der Stege 19, wodurch die Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 eine selbstreinigende Wirkung entfalten, also ein Verstopfen der Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 weitestgehend vermieden werden kann. Wie insbesondere ausFig. 8 zu erkennen ist, können die Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 jedoch auch andere Querschnitte aufweisen. Bohrklein mit etwas gröberem Korn gelangt in erster Linie über die fluchtend zueinander liegenden Einziehungen 12 aus dem Bohrloch 6. - Die Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 können auch am Außenumfang mit Perforationen versehen sein, durch die Wasser in den Hohlraum 18 eindringen kann.
Fig. 4 lässt erkennen, dass Bohrklein auch an der Stirnseite des Anfängerelements in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Einziehungen 12 eindringen kann, da die Bohrkrone 2 an ihrere Rückseite einen wesentlich kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als das Hüllrohr 10. -
Fig. 1 lässt weiters erkennen, dass die Muffen 8 der Bohrgestängeabschnitte 7 mit ihrer Stirnseite an der Stirnseite der Lagerhülsen 13 zur Anlage gelangen, jedoch jeweils die rückwärtige Stirnseite eines Hüllrohrabschnittes 11 mit der Stirnseite des nachfolgend angeordneten Hüllrohrabschnittes in Distanz 20 zu liegen kommt. Die Länge L1 von Muffe 8 zu Muffe 8 ist geringfügig größer bemessen als die Länge L2 der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11, und zwar um 0,1 bis 1,5 mm, vorzugsweise um 0,1 bis 0,5 mm. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, dass beim Schlag- bzw. beim Drehschlagbohren die Schläge bzw. das Vorrücken der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 und des Bohrgestänges 1 nicht von Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 zu Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 übertragen werden, sondern von jeweils einer Muffe 8 auf nur einen einzigen nachfolgenden Hüllrohrabschnitt 11, nämlich jenen, an dessen Lagerbüchse 13 die jeweilige Muffe 8 zur Anlage gelangt. Dadurch können die Hüllrohrabschnitte 11, die durch die Einziehungen 12 eine besondere Stabilität und Steifigkeit aufweisen, sehr dünnwandig gestaltet werden; die Belastung der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 durch Schläge in Achsrichtung erfolgt, wie oben dargelegt, nicht über die dünne Wand der Hüllrohrabschnitte 11, sondern über die mit dem jeweiligen Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 fest verbundene Lagerbüchse 13, gegen die die Stirnfläche der benachbarten Muffe 8 schlägt. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders leichte und besonders kostengünstige Konstruktion, wobei das Hüllrohr 10 auch aus einem weniger festen Material wie Aluminium (z.B. als Strangpressprofil) gebildet werden kann. Auch können Bohrlöcher großer Tiefe bis zu 50 m und darüber problemlos hergestellt werden. - Der taglichtseitige oder luftseitige Endbereich 21 der Vorrichtung weist Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 auf, die keine Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 aufweisen. Die Anzahl der mit Durchtrittsöffnungen 17 versehenen Hüllrohrabschnitte 11 richtet sich ganz nach den örtlichen Erfordernissen des Gesteins. Zwischen dem letztangeordneten Hüllrohrabschnitt 11 und der Bohrlochwand ist eine das Bohrloch 6 schließende Dichtmanschette 22 vorgesehen.
- Die
Fig. 5a und 5b zeigen den Eintritt von Spülmittel 5 bzw. Drainagewasser in das Innere des Hüllrohres 10 und veranschaulichen die Querschittsverengung der durch die Einziehungen 12 für das abfließende Spülmittel 5 bzw. Drainagewasser gebildeten Kanäle, welche Querschnittsverengungen eine deutliche Erhöhung der Fließgeschwindigkeit des Spülmittels 5 bzw. des Drainagewassers und damit ein besseres Ausfördern des Bohrkleins gewährleisten.
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Bohren in Gesteinsmaterial, mit einer an einem hohlen, aus Bohrgestängeabschnitten (7) zusammengesetzten Bohrgestänge (1) angeordneten und den Durchmesser des Bohrgestänges (1) mit ihrem Durchmesser übersteigenden Bohrkrone (2), wobei das Bohrgestänge (1) von einem aus Hüllrohrabschnitten (11) zusammengesetzten Hüllrohr (10) umgeben ist, das zwischen dem Bohrgestänge (1) und seiner Innenwand einen Hohlraum (18) bildet und mit einen Durchtritt des abgebauten Bohrmaterials in das Innere des Hüllrohres (10) ermöglichenden Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hüllrohr (10) mit zwei oder mehreren am Umfang verteilt angeordneten und gegen das Bohrgestänge (1) gerichteten sowie sich über seine Länge erstreckenden Einziehungen (12) versehen ist, wobei die Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) im Bereich der Einziehungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hüllrohrabschnitte (11) jeweils an einem Ende mit jeweils einer das Bohrgestänge (1) zentrierenden Einrichtung (13), vorzugsweise einer Lagerhülse (13), versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Einziehungen (12) in radialer Richtung bis zu den zentrierenden Einrichtungen (13) erstrecken und diese an den Einziehungen (12) fixiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) an dem dem Bohrgestänge (1) nächstliegenden Grund der Einziehungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) in Längsrichtung des Hüllrohres (10) hintereinander liegend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) als Längsschlitze ausgebildet sind, wobei vorzugsweise jeweils zwei Längsschlitze unter Bildung eines dünnen Zwischensteges (19) nebeneinander liegend vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass endseitig eines Hüllrohrabschnittes (11) eine Steckverbindung (14) zum Anschluss eines
weiteren Hüllrohrabschnittes (11) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Steckverbindung am Hüllrohrabschnitt (11) außenseitig im Bereich der Einziehung (12) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckverbindung (14) einerseits von einer an einem Hüllrohrabschnitt (11) vorgesehenen Hülse (15) und andererseits von einem am benachbarten Hüllrohrabschnitt (11) vorgesehenen und in die Hülse (15) einsetzbaren Bolzen (16) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenumfang des Hüllrohres (10) im Querschnitt kreisförmig ist und die Einziehungen (12) im Querschnitt zumindest teilkreisförmig gestaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenumfang des Hüllrohres (10) im Querschnitt kreisförmig ist und die Einziehungen (12) im Querschnitt V-förmig gestaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier Einziehungen (12) über den Umfang des Hüllrohres (10) gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je Hüllrohrabschnitt (11) zwei Steckverbindungen (14) an einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Einziehungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass taglichtseitig bzw. luftseitig zumindest ein Hüllrohrabschnitt (11) ohne Durchtrittsöffnungen (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass taglichtseitig bzw. luftseitig zwischen der Bohrlochwand und dem Hüllrohr (10) eine das Bohrloch (6) dichtende Dichtmanschettte (22) vorgesehen ist.
