Abstract

The method involves folding a continuous foil web in a longitudinal direction under formation of a web side piece, and providing the web with transverse aligned double-with connecting seams. Tobacco bags (10) are separated from the web, and are filled and closed. Closure units e.g. tape (18), coupon (20) and a sticker (21), are attached to the bag by adhesive for packaging of admixture e.g. cigarette paper. The tape, the coupon and the sticker are attached at an inner side of a wrapping lug (17) and/or at a bag-front wall (12), before filling the bags. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing tobacco bags by separating a continuous web from packing material.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von (Tabak-)Beuteln aus Folie mit einer Tasche, die durch seitliche Nähte - Seitennähte - begrenzt bzw. verschlossen ist und die eine Öffnung mit Verschlusslasche, insbesondere Wickellasche, aufweist, wobei eine fortlaufende Folienbahn in Längsrichtung unter Bildung eines Bahnschenkels umgefaltet, sodann mit quergerichteten Verbindungsnähten im Bereich des Bahnschenkels versehen wird und schließlich die Beutel durch quergerichtete Trennschnitte im Bereich der (doppelt breiten) Verbindungsnähte von der Bahn abgetrennt, gefüllt und verschlossen werden, und wobei am Beutel durch Klebung gesonderte Zuschnitte angebracht sind, insbesondere Verschlussmittel, wie Tape, Klettstreifen und/oder Druckträger bzw. Coupons und/oder Sticker zum Fixieren von Beigaben. Vorrangig geht es um die Herstellung, Füllung und Komplettierung von Beuteln 10 aus dünnem Verpackungsmaterial, insbesondere (thermisch siegelbarer) Folie. Wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich, wird vorzugsweise so verfahren, dass die Trägerbahn 40 um eine freie Kante einer Umlenkwandung 41 geführt wird, also um eine verhältnismäßig scharfe Kante. Das dabei frei werdende Tape 18 wird durch ein Andrückorgan bzw. durch die Andrückrolle 42 auf die Folienbahn 22 übertragen, und zwar in einer Relativstellung entsprechend Fig. 1, also im Bereich eines freien Randes der Wickellasche 17 mit dem gezeigten Überstand. Die exakte Positionierung des Tapes 18 wird durch ein optoelektronisches Abtastorgan 43 mit Hilfe von Druckmarken an der Folienbahn 22 gesteuert. Claims (15)

Verfahren zum Herstellen von (Tabak-)Beuteln (10) aus Folie mit einer Tasche (11), die durch seitliche Nähte - Seitennähte (14, 15) - begrenzt bzw. verschlossen ist und die eine Öffnung (16) mit Verschlusslasche, insbesondere Wickellasche (17) aufweist, wobei eine fortlaufende Folienbahn (22) in Längsrichtung unter Bildung eines Bahnschenkels (24) umgefaltet, sodann mit quergerichteten Verbindungsnähten (25) versehen wird und von der schließlich die Beutel durch quergerichtete Trennschnitte im Bereich der (doppeltbreiten) Verbindungsnähte (25) abgetrennt, gefüllt und verschlossen werden und wobei am Beutel (10) durch Klebung oder dergleichen gesonderte Zuschnitte angebracht sind, insbesondere Verschlussmittel, wie Tape (18) und/oder Druckträger bzw.
