Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zum Tempern von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Fahrzeugrädern, umfasst einen ersten Temperraum (18) und einem zweiten Temperraum (32), welche jeweils einen Eingang (20; 34) und einen Ausgang (22; 36) haben. Zwischen dem Ausgang (22) des ersten Temperraums (18) und dem Eingang (34) des zweiten Temperraums (32) befindet sich ein Übergabebereich (94). Mit einer Fördereinrichtung (80, 84; 86; 96) sind mit zu tempernden Gegenständen (12) beladene Tragstrukturen (54; 56) im Durchlauf durch die Temperräume (18, 32) förderbar. Mittels einer Übergabeeinrichtung (96) sind die Tragstrukturen (54; 56) im Übergabebereich (94) von dem Ausgang (22) des ersten Temperraums (18) zum Eingang (34) des zweiten Temperraums (32) förderbar. In einer Behandlungseinrichtung (108) können Gegenstände (12) auf ihrem Weg von dem Ausgang (22) des ersten Temperraums (18) zum Eingang (34) des zweiten Temperraums (32) einer Zwischenbehandlung, insbesondere einer Abschreckung, unterzogen werden. Mittels einer Rangiereinrichtung (98, 112, 124) kann auf einer Tragstruktur (54; 56), die sich im Übergabebereich (94) befindet, ein aus dem ersten Temperraum (18) kommender Gegenstand (12) gegen einen von der Zwischenbehandlung kommenden Gegenstand (12) ausgetauscht werden. A device for tempering objects, in particular vehicle wheels, comprises a first annealing space (18) and a second annealing space (32), each having an inlet (20; 34) and an outlet (22; 36). Between the output (22) of the first annealing space (18) and the input (34) of the second annealing space (32) there is a transfer area (94). By means of a conveying device (80, 84, 86, 96), supporting structures (54, 56) loaded with objects to be tempered (12) can be conveyed in a passage through the tempering spaces (18, 32). By means of a transfer device (96), the support structures (54, 56) in the transfer area (94) from the output (22) of the first annealing space (18) to the input (34) of the second annealing space (32) can be conveyed. In a treatment device (108), objects (12), on their way from the exit (22) of the first annealing space (18) to the entrance (34) of the second annealing space (32), may be subjected to an intermediate treatment, in particular a quenching. By means of a shunting device (98, 112, 124), on a supporting structure (54, 56), which is located in the transfer area (94), an object (12) coming from the first annealing space (18) can be loaded against an object ( 12) are exchanged.
